I was under the impression it was Big Igloo, a gun rights group. The idea from what I understand is that they wanted to include people of all walks of life into the gun rights groups. Daemon by Daniel Suarez is really good. I would have never read it but a guy I work insisted. I read a lot and this was a standout. If you want funny then the whole Old Man's War series is pretty good.
