Some benzo/thenzo analogues are divine, it was a displeasure to discontinue them, but it was equally displeasing to abandon amphetamines, entactogens, psychedelics and cigarettes. Sobriety is a curse which I have grown to live with. I'm gradually experiencing joy again after all these years, but it is fleeting.

That said regarding the displeasure in finally escaping them, I literally weep at the thought of the discontinuation syndrome, yet part of me yearns for the bliss they provided. It's like the memory of a good cigarette even after losing the cravings. The permanent state of absence from worldly concern was probably dangerous, and has since affected my ability to connect with those around me.

If only there were more who sympathize with the plight that people suffer with these, helping to guide people off then is highly admirable.

It's bizarre that the political polarization has gone to such extremes as to pressure those align themselves with a political side to be required to adhere to all the prompted policies and ideologies associated with them. As a centrist, I detest the idea that we cannot contest a topic if it has a specific political leaning.

If there is but a single statement in there that I'd hesitate to defend, it might be the subjugation of women. Interesting, I can imagine that the level of human intervention will become a matter of contention in future releases of arts, especially if AI becomes involved in the highly profitable music industry.

It wouldn't surprise me if there will be cases where conditions will be set as per the 'owner' of the AI inheriting the works it creates. There may be morality questions to follow should the AI become advanced enough to be considered an individual.

I guess in part, it depends how we define their use of the term 'mind control'. The term was used during the pandemic as governments admitted to using mind control techniques in propaganda to impact public behaviour. I doubt the implication is to have full access to a persons complex thought and function. There could be external influences though that affect people's responses to stimulus though, such as being more susceptible to their propaganda by using specific broadcast methods that tap into the subconscious mind.
