There is 1 small, albeit vocal, minority of females that hate men and most are under 25 (or gay) and they're all on the Internet. Whereas the vast majority of us ladies don't give a rat's bottom about feminism and what we really want are men that can get decent jobs. Believe it or not, all of us on some level are still dreaming the 1950s dream but we're scared to death of saying something because we've been fed a line of malarky about careers, etc.

The thing is that we want to kick Reddit in the toodles and be done with the site. But the fact is that we were able to take a very hated niche (TradWives) and in 6 months build it up to 2.6k subscribers. On Saidit, we can barely get 1 subscriber ever 2 weeks.

I can honestly say that we've never allowed anyone to attack any men's rights groups. It's a Trad wife sub. That means it's pro-nuclear family and pro-traditional values. We can't exactly be attacking men when they're our husbands, fathers of our children and sons.

I am unwilling to lie for any reason, and I'm obviously an atheist, so i've been "shopping around" I guess for a religion that would allow me membership even if I don't believe God is a conscious force or being.

Joining any religion when you're an atheist is hypocrisy and you would be, therefore, a liar.

Also a religion for atheists is basically government. We believe that God created us, gave us a divine purpose and all our rights and laws come from Him. Whereas an atheist believes that we were created by chance, have no higher purpose and our rights and laws come from the threat of government's use of violent force.

One of the things my husband and I have done is limit our home to just 1 computer. Even our phones are dumb phone with pretty much only the basics on them. When you consider that we homeschool our kids and they need to use the computer for their homework then "dirty diapers" isn't something you want flashing up in a message.

Yes it is.

It's basically a trad-wife /stay at home mommy sub. You know, the kind of stuff that gets us labeled as being white supremacists. We got attacked and trolled so hard that we had to set up automod to make it that ALL posts had to be manually approved by a mod. The problem is that the insane asylum called Reddit dominates all the traffic.

So what are we supposed to do?

Many of the subscribers had been hoping to use the subreddit to promote our home based businesses and/or blogs. We kind of needed to attract enough people in order to (a) establish a community of similarly minded people and (b) use it as a place to advertise without attracting the weirdos. I mean, I had an Etsy store and I sold homemade diapers. I started getting requests for adult sized diapers and as a capitalist I don't ask questions but I closed down my store when when people started sending me photos of what they've done in their diapers. (I've got young children and in real life I do a lot of marketing at church sales) Needless to say, an online group that we can control just makes a lot of sense for us.

Then don't have intercourse. Take responsibility for yourself and avoid having intercourse. And I'm using the word "Intercourse" because I'm still cutting some slack and saying if someone is incapable (for whatever reason) of using birth control then they can still indulge in outercourse instead of intercourse.

That's an outright lie.

In very socialist nations that have all those social programs and support for unwed mothers they still have abortion rates similar to the United States. In Canada 20% of all pregnancies end in abortion.

As for what programs are available outside of the government, Last year my church paid for the medical bills of 3 women. Several of us, including myself, took in to our homes pregnant women and almost half of them were taught a trade.

However the biggest thing that we need are alcohol and drug addiction programs. Because as we've learned, the majority of unwanted pregnancies begin with "I was drunk or I was stoned." Following those reasons at a distant 3rd were "I wanted to make the relationship work."

What can I say? Reddit is anti-traditional people, anti-nuclear family and anti-heterosexual. The fact that many of us want to be housewives and stay at home mothers and married to XY chromosome males must have been terrifying to them. Unfortunately, it's extremely difficult getting subscribers to our sub on saidit.

We got accused of:

Hatred against minorities but they lost because one of our mods is a minority.
Hatred against Jews but the sub creator is an Orthodox Jew
Hatred against gays but we pointed out that we're only discussing natural conception
Hatred against women but all us mods are women

Eventually we configured automod to make it that ALL posts and comments required moderator approval. Shortly after that we got 100s of posts filled with white supremacy propaganda, anti-homosexual and later a small amount child porn. Fortunately, because everything needed approval none of it was in the actual sub.

They tried to ban us several times. We were actually once banned for several hours but we won on that one. It was latter made very clear to us that we were not welcome to be on reddit and that the 1st time we make a mistake the sub would be gone.

Our sub (r/barefootandpregnant) was the least offensive sub on Reddit. We got trolled, attacked and threaten constantly with deletion. Over and over again we had to prove there was no hate or supremacy in the sub. Barefoot and pregnant was just a bunch moms talking about babies, husbands and recipes.
