See the problem, in my humble opinion, is that these people have been programmed into believing falsehoods which the CANNOT question. Their subconscious has been reinforced with these lies to such an extent that consideration of the alternative is uncomfortable or even painful. They BELIEVE it is the white people and white systems like infrastructures within communities, but then of course the solution to that is obvious. Form your own community free of white people and their society but they won't do that. They cannot grasp the facts and thus cannot think to do that, nor do they understand why such an attempt would fail.

Edit. The next time you hear a "POC" talking about white privilege simply ask; "Why not just move to a non-white country?"
