Honestly, good. As much as I hate socialism, it's good to have more diversity of opinions. 99% of the people here before this are one of the same four things: libertarians, fascists, TERFs, and religious nuts. It gets boring in an echo-chamber, even if it's one I agree with, and it's not good intellectually; it stifles quality discussion. And there's just not enough people on this site in general either.

Donald Trump is a moderate regular right-winger with way too much ego and interests in himself and business. For that reason many liked his ideas but feared he would be too authoritarian. And also contrary to what pedo grooming LGBT organizations will have you believe, being gender non-conforming isn't even supposed to make you trans. There's a tiny handful of the population that doesn't feel comfortable in their body's sex, which has nothing to do with personality or "identity". And it's a miserable disease for all who are unfortunate enough to be plagued by it, not some kind of "diversity" to be celebrated and encouraged in classrooms full of 5-year-olds.

It's probably almost impossible to have legit gender dysphoria without autism. Even most gay people have it. All of these and a few other disorders that always seem to co-occur have been suspected of being caused by a bad mixture of prenatal hormones.

But the trenders are also more commonly autistic, because their more vulnerable social skills make them more susceptible to gender propaganda. The rigid tendency to follow rules may also make them feel like they have to strictly conform to gender norms and label themselves as such.

I banned an alt of his because he posted hardcore porn on it (and that's all it had other than spam/troll posts). I did not know whose it was, I simply moderated the porn like I always do. But he's accusing me of singling him out because I don't always ban the spam bots (which is because I've already tried, they have a million spare accounts and losing one of them is no loss).

Saidit inherits quarantines from reddit. There are no admin notes for that sub though, and I've never seen saidit quarantine that type of content before. I didn't know quarantines were even used. Maybe it's from the days before the "not on /s/all" option.

Discord staff regularly tells users to kill themselves if they try to appeal their account getting deleted. And they go out of their way to hurt you as much as they have the power to. What we need even more than more mods is more anti-spam tools. Technically saidit does have a few more tools that are native to reddit, but there's no frontend for them so they can't be accessed. I made frontends for some of them, but those updates haven't been pushed to the live site yet.

The 2020 election was obviously rigged. Even in some more liberal areas more people supported Trump than Biden. And he was winning until the mail-in ballots came, when the counters wouldn't let security watch them and were caught on camera rewriting peoples' votes. Plus, it's way too easy to fake those mail-in votes. And we also proved that the Dominion voting machines returned 75% for Biden if given an equal number of Trump and Biden votes. Support for Trump was higher than any president in American history, including Trump himself in 2016. And the total amount of votes for Trump and Biden iirc was more than the number of people in the United States.

Saidit's ban system is really messed up right now. When you try to ban an account you have like a 4 in 5 chance of getting a 500 error, which then breaks saidit for a minute, and then the ban doesn't apply until you successfully ban or unban someone else.

Besides, it's not like I don't ban spammers. But if it's a spammer I've banned a hundred times before, and its username is no loss, it's not worth it.

I implemented a bunch of extra spam tools, which could be used to deal with this problem much more effectively. If the owner doesn't apply them it's not my fault.
