Yeah, seems he is talking about the same thing as I've posted. I've been following it loosely, but seems someone or something is manipulating YouTube, though I don't adhere to the narrative on reddit.

Personally, I think that YouTube has been slashing payouts for content creators, especially those that they either don't want on their YouTube red platform, or those that won't come on board, or conform to the wants of YouTube. The creators, especially those with the capital to invest, are creating these series of videos as either 'punishment' or to farm views in a particular way so as to skew the results of YouTube's algorithms.

There are multiple narratives one can follow - The obvious Russian title would lead someone who doesn't examine the videos to think it is Russian posting. Others believe that this is to incite a particular level of trauma in children who sit on YouTube without parental observance. Still others see the rise of this issue as connected to pedogate, or the Hollywood sexual abuse scandals. Hell, it could be a proof of concept for a larger roll out of something more sinister, think about all the small false flags that our government has committed leading up to larger, more noticeable events/

It's interesting, I'm not big on digging through youtube for conspiracies since the Alphabet Inc. owns it, and have been willing participants in field exercises for the Alphabet Agencies, however the video you shared corroborates my theory.

I believe that there is a particular level of critical thinking that is required, however what the school system has become doesn't allow for the time nor energy to put into this, as testing has become the focus.

These people who think more with emotion have grown up doing exactly the same thing they're doing now, and it's worked for them, otherwise they would have to adapt.

Think about participation trophies, the kids that get benched still get a trophy. That teaches them that even if they try, it's a good job. Extrapolate that to politics, and it's not so bewildering that we're at where we are.

Think about anonymity, where you have few if any consequences for what you do. Get banned? Make a new account, "haha, I that looser can't keep me out!" Then they go post this biased post about what happens and here comes the echo chamber to validate your feelings. Reinforcing this victimization is really negative when you think about it - who would honestly want a bunch of Buster Bluths?

One thing you'll notice that I harp on is that I see a lack of personal accountability. There's a fuck up, blame someone down the chain. Policies you've passed encourages police to abuse citizens? "There's a few bad apples, we'll take care of it, promise." Or how about Iran-Contra? "I cannot recall."

All public servants should report to us, but during congressional hearings they keep secret as much as they can behind closed doors. I take this as a fuck you, because we are the ones that generate wealth that allow them to be employed as public servants, and they should be beholden to our wants, not their special interests.

While the wine in California is rather high in fluoride ions, I want to point out that the post is using the upper end possibilities in calculations. But on the other hand understand that this is all the publicly available information that the governments provide, no additional digging was done to find acts of conspiracy. I personally believe that we don't need as many fluoride sources anymore as compared to when the legislation allowing this practice to occur was passed, and it's continuation is a conspiracy.

Also, because they are actively attempting to gather a catalogue of information on the American public, they will eventually succeed (unless something changes, such as legislation being passed).

My argument is that we shouldn't make it easy for them, and attempting to restrict our usage of their platforms means the harder they have to work for that particular information, given a small population. Once you have a bunch of people that will willingly advertise for you for free, I feel that power kinda goes out the window too.

Perhaps I am being slightly idealistic, but if I want to see change in the world, surely I should attempt to live that change?

You'd think with all the jokes pertaining to Cubans emmigrating through the use of various pieces of floating debris that the idea of traveling by water pretty much defeats the purpose of a wall.

That being said, this keeps from making things "easy" of those immigrating to the states, while not really combating the problem.

The silicon types would hope that automation takes over for those undocumented workers, which is the path that we seem to be headed down. The real problem isn't how will the industry react, but will the reaction (automation) also be met with supplying those displaced with new economic means to continue progressing.

This is the other side to having economic hitmen. Both sides are fighting for the petrol dollar, both to keep it in power, and to own as much of it's debt as possible. It's not just Chad either, here's a list of countries and their public debts. I'm willing to bet that a majority of these countries find themselves being exploited for resources (be they cheap labor, extracted resources, or a particular educated work force) by countries and companies outside of their borders.

I agree, even if they were aware, they didn't care because it made them money anyways, and through 'legitimate' pathways.

There needs to be more personal accountability. If they want to be accountable for the insane amounts of money they may claim every day, then they need to be responsible for the means that money is made, and for those that they hire to help in acquiring that money. Mitigating that risk by delegating the risk to others should mean they are not able to claim that portion of the revenue associated with that risk.

People who don't do the due diligence to find out where the money comes from are just as complicit, in my eyes, as the people attempting to spread the propaganda.

I highly doubt that it's possible, they have made us rely on these products for our lives, and combated alternative products so that they are either more expensive (think bamboo sheets, rather than your traditional sheets) or are not available.

Also, plastics are made from parts of crude oil, and themselves are harmful, but who doesn't use plastics at the very least daily?

I reinstalled the blizz launcher and noticed that Destiny 2 is on it, which struck me as weird, since they said years ago that the Activision Blizzard merger wouldn't affect them; They would remain autonomous.

I haven't personally played Blizzard games since WoW:WotLK, but that was because they started cutting content and selling it back to the customer at a steep price. However, I have heard plenty of their current structure, mainly in Overwatch, by Jim Sterling.

This is an overly-aggressive target marketing tool, one to be used to extract as much as possible from a particular market. They just keep finding new ways to exploit us, until the last cent. Disgusting.

I'm sure people have stumbled across the case of Stanley Meyer, which rings to me as the smoking gun when 'big oil' decided to pursue 'alternative energy solidarity.' It's a conspiracy in the literal sense, since they conspired to keep people from outside the 'group' from establishing alternative energy competition as long as it took to get the players into place, which you referred to in your last sentence.

Since all the companies pretty much run the establishment with fiscal reserves, kinda feels like it's reverse-communism, where the companies are the government instead of being state sponsored. Curious thought, but maybe it's just my intoxicated mind.

I would think it has to be, we're reliant on a source of energy that we can tell, as lay people, we've advanced past. With proper funding, or government subsidization, renewable fuels could possibly have taken over until truly green energy was accomplished. We use oil in nearly all parts of food consumption, transportation, and pretty much everything else. Lots of people would stand to loose lots of jobs, but more importantly the people in power would lose comfy seats to newcomers from a competing energy source, which leads me to believe the government participates, after all - "better the devil you know than the devil you don't"
