[–]TransspeciesUnicorn 44 insightful - 1 fun44 insightful - 0 fun45 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

It doesn't make any sense, but the reason it ever happened was because in the past, most transsexuals (or at least, most of the ones who were open about it) were gay men. So the T was probably originally just perceived as "Super Gay". Most never thought that the T would end up being a Trojan Horse for all sorts of fetishists, malignant kooks and creeps. I think there were some lesbians warning people as far back as the 70s that there was something sus about the whole thing, but naturally no one listened to them.

I'm inclined to think that if they really had such an easy time getting laid, they would not spend so much time online whining about how they cannot get laid.

Also, I've lurked on kiwifarms and seen people post photos of transbians that they've encountered on dating apps and such. Most of them are pretty fucking ugly, even judging them as men. Forget lesbians, I doubt a lot these dudes can get any women to sleep with them.

MtF Trans Person Interferes With Kid in Parking Lot; Can't Understand Why Mom Gets Upset. Chaos Ensues. by MBMayfair in LGBDropTheT

[–]TransspeciesUnicorn 34 insightful - 1 fun34 insightful - 0 fun35 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

This is so creepy, I'd love to hear the mom's side of it too.

There probably is no mom, this whole story is most likely completely made up. I feel like there's no way this wouldn't have gotten some media coverage if this scenario had really gone down the way he's described. Like a transwoman getting brutally assaulted in public to the point that he ended up in a coma? No way the liberal media wouldn't have been all over this story.

If there's any truth to this story at all, I'm guessing what really happened is that he was being creepy to a little kid and the mom rightfully told him to get lost. At most she maybe threatened to pepper spray him if he didn't fuck off. Idk though, the whole thing about the kid being left alone because it was raining, it feels like that was just the best scenario he could come up with for the kid being left alone. It seems like kind of a flimsy excuse. It's sort of funny though, he's trying to paint the mother as this horrible abusive bitch, yet she apparently cares enough to not want to make her child walk through the rain. Like wow, what an "abusive" mother, going to get the car so her child doesn't have to walk in the rain and get all wet. What a monster, truly.

The pro-Islam stance that a lot of liberals/wokesters have is honestly so ironic and bemusing. So strange how the people who claim to be so in favor of women's rights/gay rights are so fervently in support of what is currently easily the most misogynistic, homophobic religion on the planet.

Literally the only reason they're defending Islam is because most of its followers aren't white. That's really all there is to it. A lot of these same people have no problem bashing the fuck out of Christianity. If most Muslims were white they'd probably be bashing Islam just as much.

Very interesting read. Also pretty interesting to get the perspective of a lesbian transwidow, usually it's straight women.

Also, I feel like this just goes to show that, regardless of what your sexual orientation is, staying just isn't worth it. If your partner comes out as trans, just leave immediately. Especially if you share financial assets, it's better to just get out of there before they start blowing your savings on surgeries or whatever. Starting to compromise on your own identity to prop up theirs isn't fair to you and also seems to be a major red flag, from what I've seen.

I also don't know if there's any data to back this up, but from what I've seen very few couples survive one of them coming out as trans, anyway. Best just to cut your losses.

There were probably always at least a few transsexuals involved with the gay rights movement, sure. I think what these people don't understand is that these HSTS were involved because they were homosexual themselves. They were fighting for their own rights as homosexual people. That doesn't mean LGB and T are intrinsically linked. Like the AGP MtFs and AAP FtMs of today have fuck all to do with LGB people, or even HSTS of the past, really.

The straight men and women who are screaming about how they're totully legit lesbians and gay men today probably would have wanted nothing to do with gay people if they were alive 50+ years ago. I'd be willing to bet many of them would just quietly detransition and go back to being straight if there were even an actual strong resurgence in homophobia and being "gay" stopped being fun.

Critics of Gender Ideology generally claim that people are attracted to each other based on sex and not "gender identity" because someone's internal sense of "gender" isn't really perceivable by others. They're just taking that claim and twisting it around. Taking other people's ideas and arguments and twisting it around seems to constitute like 80% of TRA's "arguments".

As repulsive as a lot of them are, they probably still have better chances of finding women than actual lesbians do, if only because the dating pool of straight/bi women is so much larger. A lot of these guys could probably get a gf fairly easily if they just dropped the trans shit, tore themselves away from their porn for 3 seconds, and developed a personality. This is funny considering a lot of them have been insisting that transwomen ARE female and transmen ARE male. So by their logic a transwoman/woman couple or transman/man couple would actually be "same-sex" anyway. Yet another instance of them telling on themselves, lol. If they really believed that transwomen are female and transmen are male the term "same-sex" wouldn't offend them.

centered on a stranger's genitals

It's seriously so irritating how disingenuous TRAs/gendershits are about the "sToP rEdUcInG pEoPlE tO tHeIr GeNiTaLs" crap. Like seriously quit acting like penis vs vagina is the only difference between males and females, it really fucking isn't. They're the ones who hear the terms "male" and "female" and immediately think "penis" and "vagina", so I'd say it seems like they're the ones who are fixated on genitals. Since y'know they keep ignoring all the other differences like gonads, width of the hips and shoulders, facial hair or lack thereof, average height, voice pitch, etc.

I mean, the heterosexual transgenders are literally trying to BE us so... probably? But there's also the fact that they just pretty much steal everything they have from other people's ideas. The feminist concept of The Glass Ceiling becomes The Cotton Ceiling, the gay rights concepts of homophobia and heteronormativity becomes transphobia and cisnormativity, AMAB/AFAB is just straight up lifted from intersex folks... Their whole modus operandi is just stealing shit from feminism, gay rights activism, and intersex lingo.

This shit is really starting to get on my nerves so much. How many times do we have to go over this? Marsha P. Johnson and Sylvia Rivera were self-identified drag queens, not transwomen. Marsha didn't arrive until after the riots already started and Sylvia was konked out on heroin at the time.

Also, for as much as TRAs love to scream about "women of color", they sure just love to completely ignore Storme DeLarverie.

Also Stonewall isn't the be all end all of all gay rights everywhere, this shit needs to stop. I'm American and even I'm getting fed up with the US-centrism. The Stonewall Riots occurred in 1969. France decriminalized homosexuality in 1791. And it wasn't the only country to do so long before Stonewall either: Belgium (1795), The Netherlands (1811), Iceland (1940) just to name a small handful. People need to quit acting like Stonewall was the start of all gay rights everywhere, it wasn't the start even here in the US. The state of Illinois had already decriminalized same sex activity in 1961.

When I realized my friends were drinking the TRA koolaid I just backed away. I personally feel like it's a waste of my time to try and change people's minds about this stuff. It can already be extremely difficult to change people's minds about anything; it's much harder to do it when you're dealing with an issue like this where they believe they're on "the right side of history" and that everyone who disagrees must be a bigot.

If you want to stay with him then you're probably just better off trying to avoid even bringing up this topic, and trying to change the subject when it does come up. If you want to try and change his mind about it, I've seen some people suggest the Socratic Method, to try and get him to think about what he believes.

[–]TransspeciesUnicorn 20 insightful - 2 fun20 insightful - 1 fun21 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

I believe that asexuality might be real, but that most of the people identifying as ace are not actually asexual. IMO the only genuine asexuals are the "aromantic" and "sex-repulsed" ones. The idea that you could be asexual and still enjoy having sex is pure nonsense. And in my opinion, the "hetero/bi/homo-romantic asexuals" aren't really asexual either. Like if "romantic attraction" is supposedly totally different from sexual attraction, then why is it still based on sex?

Like for a "hetero-romantic asexual" woman for example, she claims that she experiences no sexual attraction, yet for some reason it's still a requisite for a potential partner to be male? Why? If you truly don't experience attraction based on sex then why would your partner's sex even fucking matter? The "romantic asexuals" are all just straight, gay, and bi people with low libidos, hormone problems, or other issues.

That's something funny I've noticed too. TRAs do tell on themselves a lot. It becomes obvious that no one actually really believes this shit deep down. It reminds me of back when I used to read a certiain webcomic, the artist (who is a big TRA) was talking about the lore of the world. And someone asked if men in this fictional world couldn't use magic. And they responded "Of course men can use magic, why would having a Y chromosome prevent that?" or something. And I couldn't help but laugh a little because the artist had devoted a lot of time to talking about how their transwoman character was totally a woman despite being male. It's just like "Gee, are you saying having a Y chromosome makes you a man? But I thought maleness had nothing to do with being a man? Are you saying your transwoman character is a dude?"

And of course the biggest tell of all is the fact that trans people even get surgeries or take hormones at all. If they really believed that "man" and "woman" are just mental states then why bother with body modifications? Isn't transwomen taking estrogen/getting breast implants to show they're "women" and transmen taking T/getting mastectomies to show they're "men" cissexist, by their own logic?

As for why people are going along with it I suspect many just aren't thinking critically about it and don't want to be labelled a bigot. And others are predatory and using all this shit to hurt women and gay men.

Young detransitioner goes off Gender Therapist, calls her evil by xandit in LGBDropTheT

[–]TransspeciesUnicorn 20 insightful - 1 fun20 insightful - 0 fun21 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I needed two letters to get on hormones. One was a referral from a therapist who had about an hour alone with me. The other was from my regular therapist saying I was of sound mind. I got a whole bunch of mental health and neurodevelopmental diagnoses seven years after I was first given testosterone. I feel like I lost years of my life focusing on changing my aesthetic and reinventing my life when it did absolutely nothing for my mental health. It took me ten years to detransition. It's criminal that this is considered health care.

Stuff like this bothers me, because I've seen other detransitioners echoing this, that they were able to get access to hormones or whatever pretty easily. I think I remember another story about an ex-transman who was able to get access to T after only a single consultation with a therapist over the phone, with no in-person meeting, for example. But then on the flipside you've got TRAs and other trans people claiming that the process of accessing trans healthcare is very difficult. That you have to undergo all sorts of psychological examinations and be put on long waiting lists and such.

These claims are pretty contradictory, so what's up with that? Two possible conclusions are that A) Either detransitioners or TRAs are lying or B) Standards and protocols for trans healthcare vary wildly from country to country, region to region, or even clinic to clinic. Which makes "gender doctors" look even more shady.

But what's the truth? How difficult or easy is it to get access to hormones/surgery legally in western countries, really?
