I lived in Jacksonville, FL for a bit.... roughly 4 months. Right near evergreen cemetery. It was largely a black population. It was the only place either of us felt unsafe. also, I think there needs to be regulations, such as living as your gender for 2 years, while receiving weekly psychological appointments and treatment.
