Impeachment has to pass the House of Representatives (currently run by the Democrats) followed by a vote in the Senate. The Senate must vote by a 2/3rds majority for the impeachment to be ratified.

This is currently impossible. The Republicans are the majority in the Senate at the moment. In addition, anyone who votes for impeachment would be committing political suicide. The leaders of the democrats dont care, they've been in the Senate for 40+ YEARS AND DONE FUCKING NOTHING. The impeachment procedure has shone a light on how little the American public know about its own political processes, and how little it knows about the people who rule over them.

Although the 'ideal' length of video has fluctuated over the years from 5 minutes, to 8 minutes, then 15 minutes - I think it is gone back to 9 or 10 minutes now. That is the optimal length of time for a video based on the algorithm.
