Up until I became a born again Christian two years ago, following what I believe to be a supernatural, personalized experience from God to me, I was a lifelong transhumanist obsessed with lifespan extension (read all of Ray Kurzweil's books, took supplements/nootropics, restricted calories, etc.), human-machine augmentation, and the holy grail: immortality, achieved either technologically (brain uploading) or biologically ("curing" aging).

Transhumanism will be used to enslave the masses, and empower our overlords with god-like abilities. If you've played the video game Half-Life 2, think of something like every human being reduced to the form of a stalker: sexual organs removed, digestive system removed, lobotomized brain, basically a subservient slave with no free will or autonomy. Perhaps Elon Musk's Neuralink is the beginning of such a diabolical plan to enslave humanity?

I'd say after a single rape, the rapist should be imprisoned, chemically castrated, and put on permanent probation for the rest of their life. After the second rape, if the chemical castration is proven ineffective, once again they'll be imprisoned, but they will also be physically castrated (how that will work for women, I am not quite sure). What would lower the crime rate in the black youth demographic, would be to decrease fatherlessness and restore black men as the heads of black households. Fatherlessness is the single greatest indicator of a child's future outcome in life; fatherless children have the highest delinquency rates, the highest mental illness rates, the highest crime rates, etc. I was raised by a single mother, whom I love very much, and I know the effect it's had on me has been nothing short of catastrophic. Everything he spoke about is happening now. This is the perfect storm of events that will usher in communism or an even worse form of authoritarianism, IMO. The police, national guard, mayors, governors and other officials are mostly standing down to allow these people to burn down buildings, loot and riot. Tonight I watched 1917 (meh) with my brother, yesterday night we watched Ad Astra (boooooring), and we are planning on watching the third installment of John Wick tomorrow.
