How Agencies Can Use Open Source Intelligence to Close Cybersecurity Loopholes by TheWebOfSlime in Intelligence
Yes. Open Source can be used to do this.
For example, if you download the AntiPublic collections, you can search for the password to anyone's email address, then use those credentials to get into their social media. That is entry level OSINT. If you collect all the leaks that are available, then it becomes very easy to glean where people are and what they are doing.

Indeed. The court documents reveal that they were dealing in very underage girls. 8 years old.
So it is also with the Epstein case.
The court documents reveal so much more than the media wanted to let on.
Mainly, they buried the international trafficking of young girls aspect. NXIVM was importing fundamentalist LDS "nannies" from Mexico. Ghislaine Maxwell was given travel documents from Israel for young girls from third world countries.
Combine that with the fact that NXIVM uses known CIA affiliated private investigators and the FBI Finders file and we get a clear picture from primary source documents that the intelligence community is trafficking children.

The Internet is the Wild West to anyone with ability to purloin data and those who know how to creatively interact with that data and use it towards useful ends. Point being everyone, everywhere is constantly getting hacked and China is no exception.
The are spiders that crawl all small businesses looking for exploits and are looking to get servers to drop all their tables to see what everyone is keeping in their databases. Not only that, there are code crawlers that scan everyone's code and attempts to decompile it.
Your own devices are still vulnerable to Vault 7 tools and then some. Every single bluetooth device is compromised by the Blueborne exploit and is feeding your data into virtual drives so that when your Internet is not in use, all of your files are fed through a hidden device within your modem.
Short answer... you only hear about what the news wants you to know about.

Considering this fake police force had badges, guns, vehicles, uniforms, etc; the situation already breaks from most people's normalcy bias... making it hard to assess based on just a few articles.
For that reason, I have done wuite a bit of research on fake police forces within the US and abroad and it turns out that it is very easy to create a situation where you can buy a piece of land, put some railroad on it, then call yourself "Chief of Railroad Police." Or build yourself an airstrip and call yourself "Chief of Airport Police." You can, then, request federal aid for weapons and tech.
He was clearly a liability for Kamala Harris, who would have had the clout, but the fact that she was even involved in supporting this operation is troubling enough. His death was very convenient for her, in particular, but that is as far as I'm willing to go with the evidence I currently am aware of.

I added a share to saidit to articles on my site. by TheWebOfSlime in SaidIt
Off the top of my head, the best way to do that would be to get the link automation down. For example, if there is a channel where you want every video, go to IFTTT, have it import the link, title, etc, to a spreadsheet.
In my experience, there is no reliable downloader, so you probably have to rotate once in a while. There is a constant battle between those type of sites and youtube, itself. But, once you have the link, you can reverse engineer how the download site does its own link... for example (https://www.youtubnow.com/watch/?v=y1GMS4C8S8g)
If you wanted to tackle webhooks in IFTTT, you can then use a second Applet to push the link.
Make Applet When Channel Posts New Video>Create Row in Google Sheets.
Make Applet When New Row Added to Sheet>Webhooks to push the button on the page with generated link.
I run a lot of what I do through reddit for a number of reasons, but mainly because nobody notices if I have 1000 scripts all doing different things.
I need a lot of information to measure real human interest and artificial interest. This way, the only things that reach the top pade of my customized feed is actually good. There is a threshold between something that is interesting and something that is getting immediately upvoted by 1,000 shills in the first 5 minutes. I like to focus on the sweet spot.
In doing this, I circumvent the hypertargeting by mainstream media and Internet shills. I create my own upstream.
For your purposes, it sounds like you would want to use IFTTT and connect it to youtube and Google sheets. You can make an applet where every time you "Like" a video, it automatically posts it to a spreadsheet. You can connect to Reddit to post it to reddit, too, or make a second applet that "every time posts row to sheet, post to reddit." In Google sheets, you can add a row that concatenates the link and title into a saidit link. Then, you can pick the best and manually Ctl C Ctl V, or you can script within your sheet to post automatically to saidit.
I need focused data. If anyone has spreadsheet of news articles and primary sources, I'm interested in archiving them for a database aimed at making an interactive graphic representation of politics, business and MSM.
This is the most helpful format for me (but I'll take anything remotely close):
Could do. Everything is still pretty rough as I am by no means an expert.
The source of the site, itself, is pretty basic.
The code to get everything to update in real time is still giving me a headache, but I'm almost there.
As for arranging a news article to propagate across multiple platforms, that is more of a group of services and strategies to make that come together.
For example, Instagram, Twitter, Ga.Ai, already have perfectly good features to cross-populate. You can augment those abilities with IFTTT to a great extent and beyond that, you can run scripts inside of Google Sheets. You don't need to know how to code to do any of that. But, once you have a server up, you can run code on the database that should be exporting from sheets.
So, sure, I can share... it just depends what you want.
I will definitely look into that. Ty.
Text is more efficient, but getting it all to line up and look as nice as the author's intended is difficult without human participation.
Saidit is one of the smaller Internet communities. If I turned a script to saidit, my posts would be all anyone saw. On Voat, it only takes about 100 posts per day to be the number one poster. I have accounts on reddit that are doing thousands per day.
It wouldn't be fair to the members of the community or the owners to expose them to that type of firehose volume.
[–]TheWebOfSlime[S] 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun - 9 months ago* (0 children)
Yeah, hopefully the formatting will improve, but it is mainly to be able to find connections in an automated manner and map it out. I hope to be able to have a third button that just plops a screen grab of the article, that works the same way as the drop text box, like this:
Everything is getting archived in two spots, in the background, two, upon creation of the link.
I already have it so I could, in one click, post to nearly every platform; but it is easy to drown out the smaller ones if I give any one place too many links in too short of a time.

Yeah. "Normalcy bias." You really gotta lead the horses to water slowly and carefully.
Thank you for your input. I'll work on some of that. The challenge I face is trying to keep it all to 10,000 characters. Rarely do I get constructive criticism. I still need a way to get the Laura Silsby story in there, as well.
The Luzzatto's ties are another saga, but the Council of Foreign Relations really seems to be a common thread among this group.
Truthfully, I missed that the kids were the children of Tamera's step child and that Bonnie Levin was Podesta's ex wife. I'll have to dig up the interview where David Brock admits that Alefantis and John were lovers. Some weird relationships, there, to untangle.
A Luzzatto is also in everyone's leaked contact lists, too.
I'll have to revisit all that, before my next attempt.
A No Nonsense Explanation of the Uranium One Scandal by TheWebOfSlime in TheWebOfSlime
A hard drive crashed lost me a number of account passwords, so I can't recover the moderation of that one. They are just going to go and go until the scripts fail. Otherwise I would have kept tooling with.
All in all, it still gets me what I want. I just have to scan through more stuff.
I also made r/uraniumnews where they fiddled with the upstream in that they just stopped making Rosatom news that sheds them in a bad light, completely.
r/ExposeTheCult looks for the nexus between the intelligence community and cult life, but it is kind of broad so I don't miss anything. I generally just use the search feature to find everything on NXIVM or John of God, or whatever. Sometimes a new TV show or music album will take it over, but it usually doesn't last ling. Right, now, it's got kind of an R Kelly problem.
/rConservativeNewsWeb is another.
I helped make /r/TopConspiracy, though my friend mostly fiddles with that one. He did something right, because it out performs my /r/conspiracywhatever fairly well, but a multi of old.reddit.com/r/topconspiracy+conspiracywhatever+conspiracyfact+conspiracyundone can be good if you just want to be up to date in the conspiracy community without having to pour over a ton of stuff.
I usually view these as best, new, top last 24 and top last hour, in the morning, just to make sure I haven't missed anything too big. It only tales about 10 minutes on a slow news day.
Which part is circumstantial?
They were being blackmailed. Fact.
The social circles contains many known, convicted pedophiles. Fact.
Some of these people have repeatedly appeared in pictures with naked children. Fact.
They are tied together financially. Fact.
I'd be curious to know what aspect is circumstantial, so I can improve my presentation.
I kept to 10,000 characters to perform as summary that could fit on most platforms, but I have a lot more detailed information on each issue. If I sound conclusionary on any specific issue, I have more to back it up and I'd be happy to learn where it needs to fit.

Total hodgepodge. It's a mess, really, but I'm working to streamline. Curl scripts and the like, mostly. MySQL databases working with Google sheets. Different things require different solutions, so I've got stuff running that I've long since forgotten about but still pumps out stuff everyday. So, Curl script + urlhelper to Sheet import to database, curl script to push any number of concatenated links.
If you want to get started on something easy, IFTTT doesn't require any programming knowledge, at all. Basically, you can translate an rss feed onto a lot of platforms. Recommended Next Steps
Appoint a second special counsel. The appointment of Mr. Huber and the Inspector General’s report were steps in the right direction, but the appointment of a second Special Counsel remains essential as there are many unanswered questions.
Take a closer look into Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court abuse. Potential abuses of the FISA process must continue to be investigated and remedied. The FBI’s use and handling of Christopher Steele, coupled with what was not shared with the FISC, in the Carter Page applications and renewals is deeply concerning.
Our Senate colleagues, and possibly others, will continue to investigate. It’s unfortunate that House Judiciary Democrats have stated they will not continue this investigation. The decisions made by the DOJ and FBI in 2016 and 2017 should concern all Americans, regardless of political ideology. I am grateful to our Senate colleagues for vowing to pick up where we left off with this investigation in the new year.
Our 2016 presidential candidates were not treated equally. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton received unusual treatment from the Obama Justice Department during its investigation of her use of a private email server for sending and receiving classified information. The integrity of our government agencies must be restored. It is absolutely critical that every individual, regardless of his or her status, be treated equally in the eyes of the law.
The investigators in both investigations were biased against President Trump. Peter Strzok and Lisa Page exchanged more than 40,000 text messages, including messages such as, “Trump is a loathsome human.” Director Comey himself stated, had he known of their bias, he never would have allowed them to serve on the investigative team. Nevertheless, both Strzok and Page served on the Clinton email and Russia investigations, with Strzok playing a leading role.
DOJ and FBI’s investigation of Secretary Clinton was over before it began. Former Director Comey wrote a statement exonerating Secretary Clinton months before his public announcement doing so. He did this before the FBI had interviewed nearly two dozen witnesses, including Clinton herself. Additionally, the FBI was looking for evidence of “willful intent” in Secretary Clinton’s email activities, even though the relevant federal law doesn’t require it.
We must prevent this from ever happening again. It’s truly unfortunate that Democrats do not see that this is an American issue, not a partisan issue. The actions of the DOJ and FBI in 2016 and 2017 have tarnished the reputations of our nation’s top law enforcement agencies and have undermined Americans’ confidence in their justice system. Equality under the law is a core American value. Our laws should be administered and enforced with impartiality.

Guccifer 2.0 Game Over – Year End Review by TheWebOfSlime in news
In summary, evidence indicated that the Guccifer 2.0 persona was operated by someone that wanted to prop up the claims being made by CrowdStrike to the extent that they fabricated evidence and falsified claims in support of statements that had been made by CrowdStrike executives. They wanted to be perceived as Russian and wanted to be attributed to WikiLeaks from the day they emerged.
Guccifer 2.0’s now-exposed objectives do not correlate with the motives of the GRU: they do correlate with the motives that other groups and individuals (based in the United States) would have had at the precise moment in time he appeared.
While I may suspect certain individuals of involvement in this, what I suspect doesn’t matter much. What matters is that the evidence uncovered shows that there is justification for an independent and impartial investigation into the many anomalies of Guccifer 2.0. It also suggests we may not be getting entirely accurate information from the Mueller probe regarding who was really behind the persona.

Rosatom, who the Clintons gave all the uranium to, is now in conquest mode across the world, building reactors for many countries who also stopped being afraid of drilling for new oil, resulting in the price of oil dropping.
So, the British and American deep state arranged for Russia to acquire a great deal of uranium. Russia is sitting pretty now. All these forces also seemingly hate Trump. All these forces have been targeting our elections for a long time. The mainstream media is in their pocket.
