Gun Rights Are LGBT Rights by TheAmeliaMay in RightWingLGBT

[–]TheAmeliaMay[S] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I do find your perspective interesting and thank you for sharing.

You're welcome!

I don't see how Dems are targeting LGBT with gun control measures.

I didn't say they were targeting us, just that they're hurting us and don't care. It ain't their intent, but it's what their failed policies do.

"Gun rights are LGBT rights" feels like strawman, and meant to divert attention away from gun rights and instead gain sympathy and support as a minority member of society.

That's just how you view it from a right-wing perspective. The point of the article is to fight back against the Democrats' notion that gun control would help LGBT people (I've seen a lot of articles about that) and say "If you wan'o help LGBT people: let us keep our guns." Basically, I'm tryn'o convert leftists.

HRC drank the kool-aid years ago, and act as if any minority person being harmed is automatically a hate crime because of being a member of that group.

Thanks for pointing that out! I didn't know no'n about HRC, so forgive me.

Bias-motivated, and hate crime, are two different things. Everyone has biases, it doesn't mean those biases are hatred or the reason a crime was committed. This is pandering and manipulation.

Yeah, I didn't like that part when I saw it, but it ain't what I came for. I already suspected any source I found would be heavily biased towards the left — and it's pretty hard to find a source that ain't.

Couldn't just keep it on LGBT could they, better bring in race to appeal to more people!

They hate white LGBT people, which is why they put black and brown stripes on the rainbow flag — which I called out as racist, woke, divisive garbage in a pretty off-script rant video I posted a while back. (They also tried putting a prostitute symbol on the flag).

So the grand total of LGBT "hate crimes" went from 1413 to 1462.

Can't say I'm surprised they bloated the statistics. Interesting that SO-based hate crimes actually went down. I ain't entirely sure what the difference between "Gender identity" and "Gender" is, but they might be using the latter to bloat the statistics with normal sexism.

That is not an epidemic by any stretch of the imagination, and has no bearing whatsoever on gun rights and legislation, nor the second amendment.

It does have bearing on the Second Amendment, cause most LGBT people have been brainwashed by the Democrats into fighting against their own interests, and have to be showed they everyone benefits from gun rights, not just straight people.

I'll look out for HRC in the future, thanks!

Ignoring the fact that not being attracted to transfolks is entirely valid and not transphobic, since everyone's entitled to their own sexual orientation... there are some transfolks that pass. Blaire White and Samantha Lux pass pretty well, for example.

Before I even knew what trans was: people thought I was a girl... and apparently I pass enough for doctors to ask if I'm pregnant -.- (I was having trouble sleeping, and I guess that could be a symptom of pregnancy, which is why he asked, but I just have DSPD). I'm sure someone who's more educated could tell I'm trans just by looking at me. My voice is more feminine than most trans-women (even though I have GERD), but maybe you could tell from that too.

Even if they pass 100%: you have a right to not wan'o date them — you even have a right to only date people with a certain hair or eye color if you want'o, that's your choice, and no one's got a right to make that choice for you.

On one hand: you could get most or some of your videos legally available in those countries, but on the other hand: you're basically collaborating with oppressive governments.

I'd personally go with the latter; someone from Germany or Communist-occupied China can just use a VPN either way, so it's morally superior to take a stand against government censorship. They can't even pass a public option, even though 56% of Republicans support having one.

This is why I'll never be a Republican: only economic Libertarians get elected, leaving populist Republicans unrepresented. Trump was the closest we ever got to a real Populist — especially when he came out in support of a $2k check — but in the end: he didn't get no'n through (not entirely his fault, though).

The Reform Party doesn't really have a stance on Medicare for All, but Rocky supports it. I think I lean towards a system like what France has, where non-profit, consumer co-ops pay for health insurance, rather than socialized medicine or a public option.

Regardless of what I support, the Republican Party should do a much better job at representing its voters.

Are these paid or something?

Yes; shills are very common on the Internet — especially when it comes to product reviews. Most the reviews on Amazon are written by shills from India. Sometimes the company selling the product will purchase their own stuff and send it to a random address so their shills can get the "Verified Purchase" label.

On Social Media, shills are used to manipulate the narrative to be pro-establishment. They make a bunch of comments on a bunch of alt accounts saying the same things (I've seen a few screenshots posted on here of that) and then attack anyone who disagrees with them. There's also a lot of shills who post spam and meaningless garbage to bury anti-establishment conversations.

When I was a SaidIt admin, there was this one shill (you probably won't know him, but his username was u/loki88) who was using a bunch of alt accounts to spam advertisements (they all had the same IP address). There was another shill (u/ILoveCher, he's still active under different usernames) who likes to spam pornography and incomprehensible ramblings.

According to a post I saw a while back (I think u/Jesus posted it, but I might be wrong): shills are paid more if you interact with their comment in any way, which includes likes, replies, etc. so you should just ignore them and report their posts, if they break any rules.

Most of the Internet is fake. Trust no one.

In capitalism, only the top management, say 1% of the "workforce" screw the workforce out of their labor-created value. Having 1% parasites is more viable than having 99% parasites.

That ain't true. Under Capitalism, everyone competes against each other over resources and jobs — and the same thing happens under Syndicalism. The only difference is that Capitalism gives control over businesses solely to owners and investors, while Syndicalism gives workers at least some power.

Capitalism redistributes wealth to those who already have wealth, while Syndicalism redistributes wealth based on how much labor, innovation, etc. you can put in. Investors, bankers, etc. are parasites who just manipulate money without contributing to society, while workers are the back-bone of our economy.

You are confused. Every capitalist country is also socialist. There is no such thing as a purely capitalist system.

When I say "Socialism" I'm referring to a mostly socialist system. In context, I'm referring to a command economy. I do realize most economies are mixed.

Trampling the "rights" of minorities IS A GOOD THING.

In retrospect, I should'a seen that coming. Obviously, I disagree (which is why I use SaidIt instead of Reddit). Ironically, you'd be the minority being oppressed by the neo-liberal majority (see: Reddit).

A society that functions does so because the people obey ONE set of rules to get at ONE set of goals. If you have minorities with different goals or who "play" the game of society using different rules, that is a dysfunctional society.

Having everyone obey the same set of rules is exactly what "minority rights" means; for example: everyone has the right to free speech, even Nazis — who are a tiny minority of the population.

That is my most absolute condemnation of people like you. You destroy society because you feel entitled.

Everyone's entitled to speech, press, assembly, religion, and guns. You only think that destroys society, because you get offended when people say things you disagree with and want to censor them (just like Communsits).

You seem to think that the only non-idiotic people work for governments?

No?... Just look at the US government, it's a mess of corruption and incompetence — because we're too weak, not too strong.

Completely false. Show your data.

There is no proof of direct democracy even existing at a large scale, let alone proof it doesn't work. Proof has to be positive, not negative; you can't say there's a flying spaghetti monster just because I can't prove it doesn't exist. If you provided evidence of direct democracy working: then I could try to criticize it.

In a direct democracy, power is divided to the smallest possible division. You have neighborhoods making neighborhood rules, instead of a centralized government who is taking a bribe from a party with an agenda.

You do realize that democratic-republics can be decentralized, right? Direct democracy can also be centralized, if everyone in the country voted for national policies.

No. You are again confusing socialism with communism. Socialism is a term that has been co-opted by a century-old psy op in order to make the uneducated equate the word socialism with what communism actually is.

Communism is a type of Socialism, in which all property is commonly owned, usually by the state. Socialism is just significant government intervention in the economy — which is why most economies are mixed.

In context, I'm referring to the Socialist faction, which wants more government intervention, and the Capitalist faction, which wants less intervention.

So, the rich would go to each neighborhood and try to influence each and every local information medium?

Under Capitalism, every information medium is centralized into the hands of a small elite, who use them to push agendas and disinformation.

In the end Fascism is the same as democracy without the bullshit, because a true fascist leader understands the heart and soul of his people and shapes the nation according to it. He is not a tyrant, he is an idol, a template, a pinnacle.

You do realize that the whole point of direct democracy is not having leaders, right? a "true fascist leader" would be a representative, elected or not.

Buying one official for each county (never mind neighborhoods) costs >300 million.

You do realize lobbyists spend millions of dollars, right? They spent $2.5B just in 2010. By the way, I have no clue where your numbers are coming from.

And then there is the whole, "Wait, when did you get so rich?" trigger when each official lives in his own small community.

People already know politicians are corrupt, they just can't do no'n about it (or so they think), since the first-past-the-post voting system protects establishment politicians. The solution is to switch to a different voting method and pass election finance laws.

Also, direct democracy wouldn't have these officials.

Legislation? BIG CORPS OWN THE GOVERNMENT.

It should be obvious that we'd have to elect anti-corruption candidates first.

since you now have to lobby at least 3,000 times as many officials.

Again, direct democracy doesn't have officials.

There are mayors in direct democracies.

...

I'm starting to wonder why I even bothered answering in the first place.

Looking at the features of syndicalism listed in this video YouTube , most of the features/boxes listed would left unticked under this idea.

LOL. That video was made by an Anarcho-Communist who has no idea what Syndicalism actually is. By the way, they literally copied that five-point list directly from Wikipedia.

They're right about some things, like Syndicalists favoring federalism and opposing political parties — but the latter point is misleading, since "political parties" refers specifically to communist, one-party states. We ain't against using political parties to win elections, or even in a Syndicalist society to represent different factions.

Not all Syndicalists view a general strike as a good tactic — matter of fact: we generally see it as impractical (at least today). Strikes are viewed as useful at a small scale, in order to get specific businesses to treat their workers better, but statist Syndicalists (like myself) prefer government action.

Being an Anarchist, they push this idea that Syndicalists wan'o replace the state with a "federal, economic organization of society", but there are plenty of Syndicalists who believe in retaining the state. Anti-statist Syndicalism is referred to specifically as Anarcho-Syndicalism. Statist Syndicalists tend to want to merge syndicates with the state — or even use them as the state.

They also push the idea that Syndicalists are pro-union, but in reality: we only support unions that legitimately care for their workers, and oppose those that support Capitalism or Communism. Statist Syndicalists — especially Corporatists and National Syndicalists — usually want to merge them with the state and/or ban independent unions.

Merriam-Webster has three definitions of Syndicalism:

  1. a revolutionary doctrine by which workers seize control of the economy and the government by direct means (such as a general strike)

  2. a system of economic organization in which industries are owned and managed by the workers

  3. a theory of government based on functional rather than territorial representation

The first definition could include elections. The second and third definitions are pretty good, but I'll warn against assuming Syndicalism has to be this extreme.

The word "Syndicalism" comes from French, and refers to syndicates, or trade unions — so Syndicalism is quite literally: the ideology of trade unions. How "trade union" is defined, and what exact purpose they should serve, is left up to the specific form of Syndicalism.

My list of qualifications for whether someone's a Syndicalist is as follows:

  1. Should workers have significant, direct ownership of the workplace?

  2. Should the economy be based around trade unions? (in whatever form they may manifest)

If you answered "yes": you're a Syndicalist! The hard part is figuring out what kind you are.

"Soviet" means council.

The way the Soviets used the word "Soviet" is different from how we use it today. They called it the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics for a reason: the term "soviet" by itself only referred to a government body (for example: the upper house of parliament in the Russian Empire was called the State Soviet).

A socialist soviet, on the other hand, was a council for the purpose of implementing Socialism; they managed public property, carried out the central government's economic plans, and forced workers to do hard labor for little or no pay.

Very similar ideas as what you are proposing here.

u/EddieC is proposing Syndicalism, not Communism. He ain't proposing any kind of government ownership of the means of production or a command economy, but rather: worker ownership of businesses within a market economy. Huge difference.

See also: Kibbutz.

Again, that's Communism, not Syndicalism.

Can't do it. People crave money, power, status, "being special". In any co-op, most individuals will try to squeeze the most out of it by putting in the least possible, warring on their co-op-ers for what should be rightfully theirs.

Is this not how Capitalism operates? Do Capitalists not compete against each other for resources, and in the process innovate for the purpose of expedience? Do Capitalists not seek to put in the least effort possible for the most pay?

The only alternative to a market economy — which naturally creates competition — is Socialism, which takes away the driving force to work and innovate, and thus: strips the Nation of any semblance of a functional economy. Have you not seen what happened in Venezuela?

Competition and self-interest is a good thing, because it drives our economy. Any system that eliminates competition, eliminates the economy.

Instead, switch to a DIRECT DEMOCRACY political system,

Direct democracy cannot function, for the majority would trample upon the rights of the minority, and those in charge of society, no longer being elected representatives, would not run the government as effectively — instead we need to implement technocratic elements, so those regulating the economy actually know what they're doing.

and maintain a capitalist-socialist system such as exists in most of the civilized world.

Capitalism and Socialism, being the two opposing factions of Materialism, have destroyed human society by directing the devotion of the People away from the Nation, and towards factions and material items. The only way to restore society is to restore the devotion of the People to the Nation, and to subvert the factions which have sought to destroy it.

The problem is political, not economic.

The political is economic, and the economic is political; politics and economics are inseparable. When has the political climate not affected the economy, and when has the economy not affected the political climate? The government must choose to regulate, or not to regulate, and the economy influences who the People elect to the government.

When you have DIRECT democracy, lobbying and corruption become impracticable.

This is only true, cause under direct democracy: the running of the government becomes impractical.

Imagine the Jews buying a majority of the representatives of every single county in the USA.

Never thought I'd ever see a Nazi (or whatever the correct term may be) advocate for direct democracy, but here we are...

Could the rich not use disinformation and propaganda, in order to trick the people into voting against their interests, as they always have? The only difference would be that instead of voting for corrupt politicians, they'd be voting for corrupt laws.

The only way to fix corruption is to pass anti-corruption legislation.

They'd need a literal ARMY of lobbyists.

Every corporation has an army of lobbyists.

With a direct democracy, THE PEOPLE'S WILL is what gets done. If the mayor of your town suddenly leaves the middle class and buys a Bentley and a mansion, the people can vote for an audit. And they would.

Do you now what direct democracy is? You wouldn't have a mayor.

Of course this also nullifies the mega-corporations: "we don't want either Wal-Mart nor Amazon doing business here". Boom, they're fucked.

Democratic-Republics can ban businesses too. I don't think that's the right solution, though; we should break them up into smaller companies, force them to give a certain amount of ownership to their workers, ban them from having stakes in adjacent industries, and adequately regulate them.

It truly is the key, because it's decentralized government.

The government doesn't have to be pseudo-anarchistic to be decentralized; a better option would be to return power to the states/provinces/etc.

You're definitely going in the right direction, since co-operatives give power to the working-class, but I also believe we need to empower small business owners. Furthermore, we need to give workers a share of ownership in large corporations, as they do in Germany, in order to foster class co-operation.

You mention unions, but being organized in a largely ad-hoc fashion by Communists seeking to infiltrate business circles, they're dangerously anti-American — instead, we must organize labor and capitol into a congress of independent trade corporations, and implement corporatist policies that force the classes to co-operate.

I assume you're some kind of Syndicalist? I'm a Syndicalist myself, of the national Corporatist variety.

Also, you write way too many lists. This would put u/JasonCarswell to shame, LOL.

Communist-occupied China, as usual, has decided to crack down on free speech by banning people from WeChat just for saying stuff that's pro-LGBT — because saying things the CCP disagrees with isn't allowed.

I'm sure they'll whine, "China isn't really communist!" but it objectively is, along with the USSR and other states that oppressed LGBT people — yet most LGBT people are Socialists, or even full-on Communists. It makes no sense.

Meanwhile in America: we have free speech protections under the first amendment, and homosexuals can even get married — yet most LGBT people push anti-American propaganda manufactured by the CCP. They want to repeal the first amendment and send people to prison for using the wrong pronouns or calling someone names.

They also promote Islam and defend Islamist countries like Palestine and Iran, but that's a different story for another time.

All LGBT people should be anti-Communist, American Nationalists, and protect the speech of people we disagree with — because when you take someone else's rights away: you're also taking away your own. I don't think they'll learn their lesson (I hope they do), but I don't need to read articles like this to know why the first amendment is important.

Exactly — yet they allow people to be naked around children at spas, and nearly naked at beaches; it's a perverted double standard that makes no sense. In some states, like California, it's entirely legal to be naked in public as long as you don't masturbate.

Some male in a female SPA area certainly qualifies as such.

Yes, and so would a female. There shouldn't be a double standard for biological females that lets them be naked around kids.

Look in a mirror! The whole reason this comment thread exists in the first place is cause you jumped in to defend pedophiles.

Pedophiles accuse other people of being pedos to distract from their own depravity. You didn't even answer my question or deny what I said, instead responding with a false accusation — so I assume your answer is "yes." People like you should be kept far away from children.

He's now being charged with assault with a deadly weapon and indecency with a child by exposure.

Another article I found said he might have been drunk (go figure).

I love Texas. If this happened in a state like California: the parents wouldn't even try to arrest him, and if they did: they'd be the ones getting charged for owning a gun.

People say LGBTQ+ is degenerate. Doesn't make it so.

Being LGBT doesn't inherently degenerate your morality, although it certainly can, in the same way being straight can — and asexual people don't even want to have sex, let alone degenerate sex. Selling sex is inherently degenerate for the reasons I mentioned.

The moral foundation of society has bigger issues than consensual relationships and transactions.

Yes, but that doesn't mean we should ignore all the little issues.

"Authority" is the problem.

Authority is the solution; we need a strong leader who can whip the country back into shape and lead us to victory over the enemies of the Nation.

Legalize sex work, license it if you must, provide actual legal and court protections, and you'll get a much more civilized "rough trade."

If you make so'm legal: it increases in demand (for you eliminate the fear of punishment), and if demand increases: so will supply; legalization will only lead to more exploitation, more indulgence in prostitution, and more degeneracy.

Pornography is legal (and easily accessible, even for minors), but the porn industry still exploits women and the working-class — and acts as an opiate to keep the workers docile; they won't demand better pay and working conditions, if they're too busy masturbating, and the Capitalists can make a quick buck while they're at it, taking money away from vital and legitimate forms of business.

That's like your opinion man.

It's an objective fact that having sex outside of marriage puts you in danger of contracting an STD, being used for your body and thrown away like garbage, being mistreated by an abusive partner, and can result in single mothers being forced to raise children on their own — and the damage done to these children will be severe: they won't have a father to care for them, and their mother may be forced to work long hours to provide for the family (as she should, in such case), thus not having the time to care for them as much as she otherwise would (and for the children of prostitutes: they won't have even their mother's affection).

Keep in mind that my definition of marriage is not a legal one, but a personal and religious one: marriage is a bond between two people, one that cannot be broken by vice and selfishness, one that will persevere through hardship — legal marriage is merely a piece of paper, and cannot provide the same security as a true marriage.

Government and their police are dangerous to humanity. Maybe if they actually served and protected EVERYONE the prostitutes would also be safer.

A righteous government would make everyone safer, and act in the best interests of the People — but this is not our government, our government serves only the elite, and this is a problem that must be addressed before any other can possibly be solved!

Sure it's a problem, but again, the system is designed to support single mothers over families.

That's the problem: we have systems in place that not only disrespect family values, but act in spite of them — often designed by Republicans who claim to support family values, but in reality support merely the values of the elite.

Now you're making absurd HUGE judgmental leaps again.

Prostitutes are often more concerned with money than family — although there are certainly prostitutes who will turn their lives around for their children (bless them). I don't hate the prostitute, I hate prostitution — it is for the well-being of the sinner that I seek to exorcise the demons in possession of their soul.

Next you're going to say all people who kiss are rapists because that's where it inevitably leads

Kissing is not inherently degenerate, unlike prostitution.

and anyone who drinks beer or has an aspirin is a potential heroin junky because they're gateways.

Alcohol is the gateway drug and should be banned; it's inherently degenerate — even more so than prostitution — cause it causes criminal activity, impedes upon logical and moral judgement, and brings out the worst in one's personality.

You don't need to be a prostitute to abuse kids.

I never said you do.

After Indian reservations, gambling came to Windsor Ontario, then Detroit, and now it's around, and a problem for a few, but not the epic demon they pretended it would be.

Downplaying the effects of an immoral act is the standard tactic in persuading the righteous to turn a blind eye — but not me! I will pursue the complete abolition of such exploitative institutions as gambling.

The nine percent of my parentage derived from Native Americans cries out in pain when the descendants of great warriors such as the Cherokee defile and dishonor their tribe's name by attaching it to casinos and bars — to such degenerate institutions!

The whole Universe used fun happy non-sexualized rainbows, from Sesame Street to physics to Leprechauns to Mork's suspenders which I used to have as a kid. It has been STOLEN.

I'm asking about the flag. If someone sees a rainbow on a TV show: it ain't immediately associated with LGBT, but if that rainbow is on a flag: it is.

Good video.

Thanks!

However, sex work is not degenerate.

It degenerates the moral foundation of society, exploits women, and exploits the working-class. Sex outside of marriage is immoral, cause it objectifies and commodifies the human body (as Capitalism does), it's dangerous (prostitutes are often killed, get STDs, etc.), and if you have a kid: you won't know who the father is, let alone have a father in your kid's life to give them direction, discipline, etc. — and the mother probably won't be there for them either, or she'll abuse them.

I hate that they have stolen the natural rainbow spectrum from the rest of humanity and science.

Who used the rainbow flag before LGBT? (I'm gen Z, so I obviously have no clue.)

Why are there places where people are allowed to be naked around kids!? I don't care what your sex or gender identity is, you can't show your genitals to children! Most spas are degenerate institutions of immodesty and fornication and should be shut down.

What's terrible is that the people protesting this wouldn't care if it was a biological woman showing her vagina to little kids, even though that's also pedophilic, immoral, and degenerate. We need to return to the days of modesty, where everyone covered themselves and no one showed their genitalia to anyone other than their spouse.

I should also note how the protesters remained peaceful until Antifa attacked them. I remember reading an article about people protesting big tech censorship and being attacked by Antifa. They're the contemporary, American Stasi, working in the interests of the establishment, at the expense of everyone else — while pretending to fight the establishment.

From the early 1950s until 1967, the international program of the [National Student Association], and some of its domestic activities, were underwritten by clandestine funding from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)...

In 1969, the NSA held its annual meeting in El Paso, Texas, where thousands of student delegates overwhelmed the city, particularly the Hotel Cortez, with music, drugs, and free love.

The CIA propped up far-left hippie organizations during the Cold War — pro'ly cause they were infiltrated by Communists.

The National Student Association eventually became the United States Student Association, a left-wing organization probably under the control of the CIA. If you see the USSA anywhere: keep in mind that it's a deep state psyop.

They literally made a racist pride flag and a neo-Progressive pride flag both with black and brown stripes for people of color. At least they have a confederate pride flag! Oh, but I'd be called a racist Nazi for flying it... Lovely double standards! Queer people of all races matter equally; black- and brown-folks ain't somehow superior to us white-folks.

You can definitely assimilate into another culture (which all immigrants should do), but you can't change your race — just like how you can't change your sex! They're both hard-wired into your genetics, and there ain't no'n you can do to change it — which is why I don't believe in sexual reassignment surgery: you can't "reassign" your sex.
