I think that the admins were away, so a junior spam/bot cleaner decided to LARP as important.

She instituted "public trials" to purge saidit of users that called her out on her bad behaviors in the past, and then advertised to the world that the site admin was out of play. That placed the entire site at risk, and attempted to fundamentally change the saidit culture. All far outside her role as defined by /u/magnora7.

She also seems to have lied a lot, often changing what she was saying within a few posts, then denying it. It was pretty bizzarro.

How about having a number of admins that don't post much, but that keep spam and bots out, and investigate users that use disruptive spam to drive conversations to promote their own darknet websites, then have lower-level sub based mods who keep those places working, with recourse for users to appeal to the (silent) admin layer when the sub mods misbehave?

Sounds like a fantastic model.

I think that you may have sunk your own chances, and it is clear that you wish to damage the site by posting porn, complaining about the place and promoting your own amateur attempt. I like that you like TheAmeliaMay. she was a mod after my own heart. Clearly putting people in their place, banning the troublemakers and working hard towards site reform.

I'd change the way the default home page works using algorithms designed to promote conversation forming information from a variety of users and also mix in new articles
