I came out, kind of, when I was 17 back in 1978. But I was in the military for the next six years so I was kinda closeted until my time was up in 1984. That's when I kicked that door right off it's hinges 😀

At this time the "LGB" was just getting it's act together as a social and political voice. There was no T in the beginning, no matter what "other" want to tell us.

Everyone has to remember that back in those days there wasn't an internet or cell phones. All this cross country organizing had to be done my postal mail, phones with cords and wires, and if they worked...early fax machines.

Talk about adding the T started hitting the Philly area, where I lived, in the early 90s I think. There were huge arguments about having the T added. See, back them the T stood for transvestites not transgenders. Transvestites were gay men who dressed as women for "work." And that work was as street prostitution. The T was finally agreed upon when it was said to include straight cross dressers, Drag Queens, and Drag Kings along with the transvestites.

It wasn't until around 2005 that the T got turned into meaning transgender people. This was done without checking first with the LGB community, nor those the T was originally meant for.

The TRA and TQ+WTF issues won't have any influence on my voting (again) for Trump.

Presently the TRA and the TQ+WTF crowd have the ear of the Democratic Party and socialists minded liberals. But so does BLM and ANTIFA. Inviting bad guests to a party does not make for a good time 😀

What peeked my interest in Trump is his no nonsense (or no bullshit) way of telling people who he feels. Be those people the media talking heads, heads of countries, members of international organizations, or the plumbers and farmers and teachers that show up at his rallies.

His policy ideas make sense and many are working, although he doesn't get credit (which he doesn't seem to really care about) or we don't hear much about them though the bias social media platforms and main stream media.

Of course all you really have to do is look toward the leadership of the Democratic Party and you'll see that, no matter your true feelings about Trump, what Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Adam (full of) Schiff, and Joe Biden are offering is raising taxes higher then they were, outsourcing more American jobs, increasing the size of the federal government, allowing socialist ideas to take over and destroy what started as an experiment more than 240 years ago. An experiment that has worked for this country. An experiment that other countries want to emulate.

It ain't perfect. But we make it work. And I want to see it keep on working.

Those snippets are from the ass clown that replied to my post in AHS about the banning of RightwingLGB and how was having a separate sub for LGB people is any different then having subs just for transgender people. Or something close (New Years Day morning here and just starting 1st cup of coffee).

I asked for an open and frank discussion and, well..OP knows what I got back WHILE I was perma banned from AHS (too)!

There is ABSOLUTELY no way we, the LGB community, will be able to let the rest of Western civilization know that the TQ+WTF crowd does NOT speak for all gay men, lesbians, and bisexual people....while they have use fractured and scattered across social media...and , basically, on the run.

As an example a single, and partial, comment I made long in the past....I believe it was in this sub, when it was still on Reddit, was used to show my "history" of anti trans behavior. I kinda think it was one of the many discussions about those (then) new "transbians" popping up on social media and in real life.

So, as we've known for a very long time (2005 if memory serves me correctly, and it does), we've been in a one-sided battle for our social existence.

I mean...how sad does someone need to really be to have, and use, software to track down, and pull out, a single comment from someone else's past? I mean I've made LOTS of comments in LGB or (gay) right-wing subs! And then to make sure that comment can be "seen" as "anti-trans" when posted alone without context? I remember making that comment. And it was about those failed hetero males trying to get their first piece of pussy (at the tender age of 32 😀😀😀) by dressing as a woman, proclaiming to be a lesbians, and trying to coerce bio lesbians into having sex!

As we all know, the gay community has had its support slip these last few years. That's because the TQ+WTF crowd will not throw us aside or allow us to break from them.

The reason is simple. The TQ+WTF does not enjoy the same rights and protections that we LGB do. They umbrella themselves under the LGB so that the public will assume they are covered and dare not annoy.

Headway is being made in the UK with LGB Alliance. And here in the States, once we have our own Alliance type organization, we will be able to do the same...show there is a difference between same-sex attraction and gender identity.

Until them we are forced to suck it up, no matter how bad it makes us feel.

Our new day is coming. It should have happened already, and actually is should have happen here first!

We will get our identity back. We will get the real gay history back. And we will regain our support again.

If trans people are so "datable" why aren't other trans people snapping them all up?

Once we finally have our own LGB Alliance type organization here in the US one fight I wanna see is new laws where verbally pushing a gay person (or straight) into a trans relationship/sex becomes a crime.

And also any of these "surprise I'm trans" sexual encounters should be charged as attempted sexual assault, if not attempted rape by deception.

The one thing we all, as LGB people, have to remember is that an EXTREMELY HUGE number of trans people have NOT had bottom surgery! Like 90 to 95% have NOT. So there's a large chance that any "transbian" is still swinging his cock and balls. Same with the trans "man" who still has a vagina while wanting to be received as a "gay man." The equipment on trans people isn't what a gay person wants.

And for those that have had the bottom surgery it's fake! No amount of money can make a female out of a male body, or a male out of a female body. Not yet anyway.

And don't even get me started on gay history 😵

We became complacent. Things were finally going our way and the LGB community became complacent. We should have been watching the five year with the box of matches. But we were too busy with how we LGB people were finally being accepted. Gay marriage was beginning to get the final push. And there was the child...throwing lit matches at the curtains.

Drag shows became trans rallies. Our Pride Parades became Fetish Marches. We face being erased just for being who we have always been. Bathrooms defines you sexuality. Who's showering with our sisters, daughter, and nieces now? Trans "women" are destroying women's sports.

And all through this...is a five year old with matches burning down our history. Taking charge of our political stage and pushing us out of the public eye...this is the goal.

Because we became complacent.

I think the term "separate from the T" would be more attractive to the.... sensitive, yet uneducated, "gay allies" out there.

Since 2005, about the time the TQ+WTF crowd pushed hard into the lime light, they have used the LGB community as their umbrella of safety. This umbrellas of protection, along with line "we're all in the same boat" also allowed the TRA to gain momentum. It's also about the time they self-included themselves into positions within gay charities and political organizations. Charities and organizations they now dominate. Something the LGB allowed to happen. We let our guard down and now we're paying the price.

Why should we "separate from the T"? For the reasons already mentioned...that same-sex attraction had nothing in common with gender identity. But the serious reason is....they don't want us to be part of "it" any longer. At least the young and excitable ones don't.

Ever notice how a discussion about "throwing the gays out" gets squashed just about the time all the villagers normally reach for their pitchforks and touches? The leadership/sub mods strangle it with the discussion with its own birth cord! They know the TRA agenda does not stand a chance of succeeding if the LGB and the TQ+WTF go two different directions.

When they pushed for bathroom choice....it was because the LGBtq+ community wanted it. Anyone here actually back that bathroom choice issue?

How about trans women competing in women's sports? Why is this being allowed to happen? Because the LGBtq+ people want it so badly. I don't remember saying this would be a good thing.

Without the LGB the TQ+ are just that 0.6%. And break it down to its basics and it's only the 0.03% and those from the 0.3% of the alphabet soup that follow the TRA also that are backing this shit.

The 95.4% that are the heterosexual population believe that we, the 4.0% that are the LGB actually support these social changes.

I'm going to say that THIS is reason enough! So the heterosexual world gets to find out who, and how many, are actually pushing child transistionings, surgical alterations before the age of 18, and the placing if one small group above and higher then any other group. In the US everyone strives to be equal. No one and no group better than any other. This is not what the TRA has in mind. They want to be placed in a pedestal.

The only real reason for a separation...so we don't get blamed!

Until the Wuhan Virus spread around the world I used to find posts and announcements about a branch of the LGB Alliance finally getting formed in the US.

Additional branches were also begining to organize in Canada, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.

People in other countries like Mexico, Thailand, Japan, Brazil, France, Iceland, and Spain were hyped about starting their own.

Anyone me what happened? Where in the organizing they are? I visited their sub here and tried to ask. But I guess it's a closed sub...only for certain people to post. And no one has posted anything. Probably just a placeholder.

First off .... here in this sub ... a HUGE reduction of posts that mostly go: "Look what the T are doing now!" We aren't supposed to care what "they" are doing. We should be concerned about what "we" are, aren't, and should be doing.

Second ... find that LGB based organization starting here in the States, like the LGB Alliance in the UK, and join it! The LGB community MUST become a political movement AGAIN! Along with being an educational and support organization.

Next ... downloading AND printing out/copying any and all OLDER articles, videos, audios, and whatever that tells the TRUE and REAL history of the gay movement/life/struggle.

The new LGB community has to be fresh! It has to be open minded to OUR desires and direction. It must be supportive and educational WHILE ALSO becoming a strong political movement. Being heard, politically, is the only way to correct all the bullshit being done in OUR NAME!

As most of us know the TRUE gay history is being stolen. It's being rewritten to include T people where none existed. The world is now being told that gay rights began with T people...and we know this is false. But the proof is vanishing.

Some day, in the near future, we...the LGBT community...will be able to reset gay history...but only if we have those original articles and videos and audio clips. If you find one, check the date. See if it's original or been rereleased with TQ+WTF language added. The base story may be accurate but the rewrite will shine the light where it doesn't belong. But that original unchanged item may still out there. We just have to dig deeper!

Do not bookmark it...print it out or transfer it (in the case of audio or video) to a memory stick. Bookmarked pages are subject to rewriting. And videos and audios are starting to be deleted from social media if they don't fit the TQ+WTF narrative.

Print it out and transfer what you find. And keep it safe! What YOU find may very well help during the recreating of the truth.

And please....a little less of the "Look what they're doing/saying now!" stuff. We shouldn't care what "they" do with their cult of inclusion. We don't belong.

Reddit is promoting and encouraging the TRA cult mentality.

By silencing any other voices/choices that confused kids might want to hear from.

I do not know of many "LGB specific" subs left except for NewPride, which is struggling since it went active about a year ago.

The mod there had an open discussion about what direction the few members and visitors wanted to see the sub go. It will be an LGB specific sub....until the TRA cult find it and begins to shut it down also.

Some points were made in the open discussion, and through some PMs, to avoid any talk/posts that the TRA and radical trans people could claim as transphobic.

But just being an LGB sub seems to be against Reddit rules once any trans member says so.

I asked several brigaders to give an invitation to anyone in either sub just banned...to join any trans sub the brigader belongs to. The requests were sidestepped or ignored.

They don't want us to have our own subs and they don't want us "polluting" their subs. They want it all and they want it to fit easily into whichever bottom orifice they have.

RightwingLGB had existed almost two years before RightwingLGBT and LGBdroptheT got banned. The main reason for banning yesterday was FALSE reports saying it was a new offshoot from a sub that has been banned. Almost two years before the mass banning Monday!

I sent a report myself stating this fact and that Reddit can easily verify it themselves. Probably to no avail since I'm not a mod from there.

So the one that got banned on that Monday was trans inclusive and sensitive to any negative postings.

The RightwingLGB was not trans inclusive but had trans subscribers and held open discussions with the trans members or any visiting, non brigading, trans people. It was not liked because it didn't have the T....but the one that did have the T got banned....so they don't know what they want.

I know that several different people have reported certain subs for their open calls for brigading and open discussions about "killing cis str8 and cis gay men." Reddit has never taken any action against a trans sub or any member of a trans sub....no matter what they've done or said in open. Even personal death threat sent by PM, those reported get ignored by Admin.

LGB subs get banned for reposting a tweet by a trans person, that other trans people thought was stupid and funny, because we also think it's stupid and funny.

Non-binary is also a TRA trigger word that actually used to mean GNC people like bitch lesbians and feminine guys. A masculine girl will dress, often, as she feels comfortable. Probably a pair of jeans with a t-shirt for summer. Only a non-binary person could then turn around and show up in a simple, but elegant, black, off the shoulder silk dress the next day. And "asexual" is just something that makes no sense. It's a "door opener" category into LGB specific subs/forums/groups for the rest of the "genders."

I'm all for encouraging communication between the LGB and those who prefer gender as an identity. But I would be leary about using any LGB specific sub for those chats and discussions.

Maybe another sub with a title along the lines of "LGB And Sane Transgender Folk"... A bit of humor with that, but you get my point. A separate sub for those kinds of things to be exchanged with a hardcore moderating to make sure it doesn't turn into a TRA dominated sub.

We saw what happened to lgbt on Reddit. My understanding that was pretty mondaine in the beginning. Then the TRA gathered and set new policy there.

For me, and totally my personal opinion...LGB for LGb, only. LGBT for LGBTQQIAIDF+.

From what I'm seeing here, and in the linked information, the idea of T for transgender may have been a cause begin in the west coast. On the east coast the T was originally to include transvestites.

In Philly area we started hearing about adding a T about 1995, or so. And it was to represent transvestites, straight cross dressers, Drag Queens, and Drag Kings.

I was down south when I heard the T now stood for transgender people. This was about 2005.

Only viewed some replies so far. But I see comments, and I understand the feelings. But we MUST remember that it was not the entire trans community that got the Reddit sub banned. ONLY the extreme radical minority of their cult leadership, and their cult followers did.

I'm not trans. Just an older gay guy. And I don't understand what it is to be trans. And the VAST majority within the trans community want exactly what we want: to live our lives in peace...with respect coming in and going out.

Feel the anger! Scream at the sky! Just remember that 90% of the trans people did nothing to us. Don't hate those that don't hate us. We, as a group, must remember who the opposition is and not be angry for the sake of being angry.

Our foe is a cult! They think they are all powerful, all knowing. But they do not have the support of everyone who identifies as "trans."

Let's not become who they say we are. Know the enemy. Let's not lash out at the innocent people...most of whom agree with us. They agree that same-sex attraction as nothing to do with gender or gender identity.

I'm concerned why you feel that being a gay person and being a conservative minded American are mutually exclusive?

I'm a gay man. I registered with the Republican party the first time I was old enough to get a voter card. I have stayed with the party, but have not always agreeing or voting with the party.

My first national election helped put Ronald Reagan in office, for his first term. I'm 59 and still a conservative minded gay person.

I just don't understand why so many gay and bisexual people believe they can't have "right of center" beliefs.

There's no physical pain involved believing in our Constitution or Bill of Rights. The idea that all conservatives hate the LGB are false and just propaganda from the left.

I do not like the idea of abortion. But I also believe that ONLY women should have a say and vote on this issue. What's wrong with a strong military for defense, or securing both borders and all ports of entry?

As this linked article shows...why is it that the left keeps erasing homosexuals? What do they have to fear from us as they embrace the TRA and TQ+WTF crowd?

Make no mistakes about it. It IS the left that is cheering on the silencing of even moderate thinkers, as well as as many conservatives they can find, and anyone who says it was "LGB" before it was "LGBQIIAD2GPAABN" plus whatever I missed it they add this week?

What has the left ever really done for the "gay community"? Probably as much as they've done for the black community...not much.

As we know the TRA have a HUGE internet group/organization/company(?) that has spent years rewriting everything they can find about the true gay history....and making it the true trans history 😱😱😱

I did read an article some months back that LGB Alliance UK had a section (group of folks) who were actively finding real articles/recordings/personal accounts that have not been touched by the TRA...so are accurate and true.

Not all of our history is pleasant. But it is ours.

I did a Bing for "US LGB Alliance." The RaionalWiki was at the top of the first page. And the ONLY one on three pages that did not trash the LGB Alliance UK as a transphobic hate organization.

I was never into social media much. Never even hard an account on MySpace, even though everyone I knew had one.

I only used Facebook to keep in touch with family and friends. But that became such a cesspool of vial hatred leading up to the 2016 election I just stopped. Right after Trump got the nomination that place went straight to hell. Ain't been back since.

Hard to find a place where WE can have OUR voice heard.

Maybe things will get better (but only after they get worse) when the Alliance branch for the US finally gets going?

A new sub for LGB would be great!

I know there are allot of T stories that are worth hearing about: changing gay history; erasing of G, L, and B; acts of T assault; etc. The sub title ends with "droptheT" and might be best not to but so much power in their hands...which is what's happening with all the "Look...." postings.

I'm sure there are plenty of TRA and TQ+WTF people watch here. They are probably tickled pink knowing how much time those here spend talking about them. Being a core portion of the posts is a win for them.

Intersex does exist. But it is extremely rare in humans.

BUT...the use of "intersex" by the TRA and the TQ+WTF crowd seems to be for those that haven't figured out if they are a straight or gay person.

LOL...there is a gay lifestyle. There always has been! We see a small piece of society or a theme within an era and add our own flair to it. "The Roaring Twenties", Rehoboth Beach/Fire Island/Key West/San Francisco!, "Summer of Love/Flower Power/Sexual Revolution" of the '60s.

Here, in this sub we have a gay lifestyle on social media and you're participating in it.

The truth that not every moment in the history of the Gay Rights movement involved/included/or was begin by someone who was transgendered. That the first thing thrown at Stonewall was a punch, not a brick. That it was mostly thrown by a young gay man. And it was thrown at the encouragement of a bitch lesbian being arrested! These truths, to start with.

How about the more than a decade the loose grouping of "gays" was know as the LGB and not the LGBT from the very beginning!

And my favorite, that the T (when added in 1995) was always for transgendered people...when those of us who were around and part of the "gay lifestyle" then know for a fact it meant transvestites...who were gay men who cross dressed to work as street prostitutes. The T did not come to stand for transgender until around 2005.

Just a small list of truths being lost to deletion and rewriting of gay history.

I'm just curious, and I think I know when it started in the gay lifestyle, that there should be fear that truth would ever come under attack.

I have my own copies of things I've found. Got them on a memory stick. Add to it as I find more.

I hope to turn this over to LGB Alliance US once it's officially formed and has the time to set up a history retrieval group. Most of what I have is probably what is easy to locate. But it can just be another source for that original part of gay history. And who knows, the more people do this same thing, it's possible something truly unique could be found!

As we've seen over the last two or three years truth is not safe anywhere. When a school is about to have its name changed because the person it's named after wasn't that much of a supporter of black people....and that school is named after Abraham Lincoln....we are in a shit world of hurt!
