Not sure if you're specifically asking OP, but I'm going to chime in as well. Tl;dr: heard lesbians being talked into accepting "girldick." Gross.

The more I understood about how trans people expected to be treated, the more I came to assume that they'd expect to date as if their gender identity was their actual biological sex. That would mean expecting "cis" (read: normal) straight people to engage in homosexual relationships and "cis" gay people to engage in heterosexual relationships. To me, that seems obviously homophobic. This was actually very easy for me to predict even early on. But then I wondered, why would the LGB be associated with a group that would want that? When I first pondered that, I wasn't aware of any LGB people who were outspoken on the issue, so I thought that maybe my prediction of trans trying out conversion therapy was wrong. But then... how would they date? Personally, I wouldn't want to date a trans man or a trans woman. Maybe I'm just too conservative to accept trans people? Maybe the LGB are more accepting in that regard?

Turns out no. I remember seeing a survey that made it clear LGB people were not interested in dating trans people either. Can't remember the survey, it was so long ago. Still wasn't aware of anyone outspoken on the matter, so I mostly kept it to myself.

Then I witnessed the trans takeover of actuallesbians. Don't remember how I became aware of it, but it absolutely made me sick. I thought it was absolutely crazy that penis (or "girldick" 🤮) was just something everyone on a lesbian subreddit would have to deal with. I know that as a straight male, I don't find dick- girldick or otherwise- attractive. So I felt for these lesbians that were being subjected to this. In the comments, someone cursed the subreddit lgbdropthet and I immediately subscribed.

Once I joined, I saw all the tweets, comments, DMs, etc that confirmed what I already knew: trans rights activists don't care about sexual attraction. Again, drawing from my own experience, I still know that I would never ever want to date a transwoman, because I am not attracted to biological males. And when I got banned on r/LGBT for saying that we should have empathy for people (namely lesbians at the time) who are bullied into relationships they're not comfortable with, I knew whose side I was on.

This has been my absolute favorite forum to read and participate in. I believe in challenging the TRA agenda and standing up for LGB people. And that's what we're all doing. I'm not here because it's something to pass the time or because I hate trans people. I don't hate them. I'm here because I think that what they're demanding of other people is wrong and I want to stand up for what I believe is right.
