I’m big on 50/50 and equal responsibilities. I think a lot of women, especially working women like myself get angry because we shouldn’t have to be 100% responsible for the household, childcare, and managing of lives when we ourselves are also working. Like we are tired, I’m about to possibly start my 2nd job, so no I don’t want to be 100% responsible for everything because I can’t handle it all. That and men don’t often think of the fact that we also need breaks.

If I were still a SAHM, I’d take those responsibilities on because I’m at home, but when I’m also working, my husband can help me around at home and with our child.
