Its typically futile to use facts and analysis with anyone that has a faith based stance on something (not exclusively religious). They have come to a conclusion and they know that "facts and analysis" can be falsified, poorly identified, or even just presented in a misleading manner (4 out of 5 dentist recommend colgate). This is quickly labeled as confirmation bias, but it is not necessarily a bad thing. If you could be swayed by every misleading "fact", people would shun you for that.

Not even a little bit true. The FBI has historically cleared out the area, considered violent history, prevented camera crews. Retired FBI guys have stated this was clearly a message being sent. Its intimidation, plain and simple.

I worry that these guys wanna get grandfathered in ahead of these regulations. They've got a.i.s and they don't want you to build one and topple their products and services.
