does wearing a dress make you queer by yelgy in AskSaidIt

This is going to be interesting. I'm looking forward to the creative reactions on this. The insults not so much.

The outfit of the pope, is that a dress?

What are the rules for a piece of clothing to be considered as a dress?

And to give an answer to your question: No, I personally don't think that wearing a dress makes you queer. I must admit that I'm neither educated in dresses nor what it takes to be categorised as queer.

It seems to me that you don't have any thoughts on this subject at all, yet you criticise in a sarcastic manner. It is easier to criticise opinions of others than putting up your own, isn't it? Good for you. Talking but no thinking, you must be one of those workers...

Of course, nobody likes thinkers. They ask those horrible questions like: Why do amusement people earn more than people who save lives? Why aren't women earning the same as men? Why are non caucasian people stopped, arrested, molested, tortured and killed by people representing the law, more often than caucasians? Why is money more important than human lives and a clean planet?

Workers, just do what they're ordered to do.

Isn’t science proof that the universe is the product of a thinking being? by [deleted] in whatever

[–]Plastickillsyou 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

The universe is like people. They both behave in unreasonable ways but humans try at all cost to explain things. And the better you can act seriously and therefore convince people, the more anything will be accepted and considered normal. The church only apologised a few years ago about being wrong that the sun turned around the world.

The thing is that scientists don't mind being wrong, they don't like being wrong but they know it comes with the territory.

Governments and religional institutions won't admit that they are wrong because they see that as a failure (which it is) and they will lose supporters (which will happen as a result).

Evolution exists, it's a logical natural development at least on our planet.

Whether our earthly-based knowledge of the laws of physics are applicable everywhere else in space, I wouldn't know. Perhaps but as space is so big and we know so little, we should stay open-minded for very big surprises.

I'm Dutch, I don't judge and insult people, something you are unfamiliar with. If a few people have to suffer so that the majority has not, I think it's a good way of dealing with the situation.

And the fact that you are German did not need to be said. You give orders, like your grandfather or great grandfather. I just hope that this time you stay in your own country. It's what most people do, judge everything that doesn't fit in their small way of box-thinking. If you don't fit in what's the "norm" you must be crazy. A great example of seeing how small minded people still are. Only uneducated, stuck-up people judge looks and refuse to see how nice someone can be no matter what he or she looks like.

Again one of those cases of how the human race continues to disappoint in their close mindedness. This person hasn't committed a crime but you judge him anyway.

Take an example from people who are born blind. They don't judge looks. They judge your character and with what I've read here, most of you close-minded commentators won't be appreciated a lot.

You sound like you would lock away people who have their face burned or have a deformation because that's sooooo shocking and ugly.

I accept all people in this world because I live on this planet and have no other choice. Your colour of your skin, your religion, your nationality, your sexual preferences or your looks have no influence on me. The only thing that matters to me is whether you are good for your fellow human being or not.

And by what I've read on this post so far, I'd rather hang out with the tattooed guy.

I agree entirely. Don' t tell me that these people don't know what they're talking about. The members of this group have nothing to gain. They won't earn money or get a medal or some stupid title or what not. This is pure hard science they are showing. Something the USA government certainly doesn't.

You're talking about the people who grow your food. Unless you're able to stay alive without it, I'd stay on their side. And a car is something I don't eat. So by all means, go crazy on my car. The insurance will take care of it.

And you don't know if they ef over other people's lives. You can only say that they ef over your life. And in that case, you're a minority. The need of many outweighs the need of the individual.

Start quote: “We propose a gender-expansive approach to human identification by combing missing and unidentified databases looking for contextual clues such as decedents wearing clothing culturally coded to a gender other than their assigned sex,” the group’s mission statement reads. End quote.

Seriously? This doesn't seem to be a scientific approach or is it me not understanding things?

I think that everybody earning minimum wage (or even less) is already enslaved. It's just that they're now going after those who earn more but still aren't rich enough to sustain in-dependable existence. When you are depending on anything at all and you're unable to change that, the outcome can only be that you loose.
