A project like this should be see as something that would be a gift to all of humanity, as something that would solve the problem of unwanted censorship.

in the future, censoring will only be done by individuals that get to decide what they want to read or do not want to read and they will be able to decide who they want to communicate with, and only they will have the ability to block a person if that person is found to be undesirable..

it would not be that terribly difficult to completely reproduce what google and facefuck and twatter do, rendering all three of them obsolete and soon bankrupt.

an email system could be setup in a decentralized system like i have described.

hint: now that the cat is out of the bag, there will be many that will try to make this, but one system or maybe a few systems will become the dominant decentralized networks... similar to how we have bitcoin and litecoin and shitcoin, etc... different networks for different folks.

all three of the major social media networks could be reproduced into a decentralized app.. the app should not be hosted on any fixed website, but instead it should be hosted on mirrored sites that sit on multiple phones..

this would be quite a fantastic project...

btw, it needs to be entirely unstoppable... it cant depend on any webserver that requires a domain name or even an entry ip address.. there must be a way to enter the network without needing to know an ip address or a web address.. this way, it is not possible for any hosting company or connectivity provider to shut you down.. a very simple app could be created that could keep track of a shitton of current ip addresses of current "known servers" even as many as 100,000 of them and then when you want to go online it would just try one after the other until it gets online and then it could update its internal list of current servers.. so what if it takes you five or ten minutes to get connected, so what... once you get connected, you are connected until you shutdown your computer.. and, it probably wouldnt usually take that long anyways, it would probably take a few seconds or maybe thirty seconds... not a huge price to pay to be able to tell FACEFUCKBOOK AND BSTWEETER TO KISS MY ASS.

I have way too many irons in the fire to take this on, or i would, but i think that this is the recipe to fix our world's social media clampdown that we have recently gone thru.

in fact, maybe what we need is simply an app that runs thru the tor service that is accessible using a standard browser? or maybe thru tor, i dont know..

if you want to run a really fast web server, roll your own linux, stripped down for performance..

tiny core linux can be setup with or without a windows gui.

when you strip down your operating system to only the "essential services", you might be surprised that you can get some really nice performance even from a slower cpu and less ram, which means that if you do use a faster gaming machine with a ton of ram you will get much much performance.

this is the proper way to run a web server... my preference to run a lightning fast web server would be to install the version of tinycorelinux or some other "tiny linux" that does not use a graphical interface and everything admin is handled directly from the shell.

i am the one that gave louis a heads up about the issues that farmers are having with repairing their tractors.. you can search for "tractor right to repair" to find out more..

tractor repair has become a complete clusterfuck, i would be surprised if you can even change the oil in your farm tractor without shipping the tractor to an authorized service center.

everything on the tractors is computerized, etc, and can only be serviced by authorized technicians, or some bs like that..

it is making it impossible to run a farm profitably.
