Whatever law has been introduced doesn't seem to be quite effective. Much of africa is either what is essentially a warzone or complete slums. What law exactly do you think the colonizers of africa have introduced that is so worthwhile?

But those resources are still valuable, and not other's to exploit. If africa had ever previously possessed the means to mine and export the resources they have in abundance I don't think they'd be anywhere near the state they are currently in.

What good are these valuable resources if collectively Africans, on average, lack the co-operative capacity to extract those resources? This was covered by the Empire Of Dust documentary. Seems you missed the plot. Without consistent outside influences, everything in Africa crumbles into dust.

China was invited in, and certainly more cruel by first-hand account than earlier Europeans. I'm certain, as soon as the whites aren't paying attention that the Chinese intend on genociding wide swaths of Africa for literal colonization, not just the arbitrary economic kind.

It's time for this particular topic to mature and move beyond a juvenile blame someone else game and throwing money at a problem. No more excuses. Policies need to be tailored toward cooperatively working with african's unique cognition of nationhood and civilization in general.
