His apartment should be well lit anyways but we'll chalk that up to a landlord fuckup. But in any case, as responsible gun owner, I wouldn't walk that far out of my home with the gun in one hand like that. That was sloppy gun operation on his part. He DID, however, get into a submissive position as he was lowering the gun, the cop on his left had no reason to fire. Being cops, if they see a gun, they're going to fire. That's why I say it was a sloppy confrontation all around.
