2 pages to say "hi".

and explain the basics on how everything works and where to find certain things (such and the Terms and Content policy [which is still shorter than Apple's] ). It's all pretty neatly packed and you're always free to comment and/or ask questions about it in those threads. (Or even suggest a better text.)

I'm glad you've found what you needed and ehmm "Hi!"

I don't think I've ever felt a true connection with another person. by Zombi in whatever

[–]Mnemonic 6 insightful - 2 fun6 insightful - 1 fun7 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

but again there isn't that "connection" with that sort of love, you know?

I don't and neither do you going from what you posted.

https://youtu.be/QxUS4lI-_i0 Tells it nicely: Love is just a word, what matters is the connection it implies. A big problem with 'love' (the word) is that it's used in overly dramatic ways in media (from movies to books) and that it's hard to comprehend what it's all about.

Love, or being in love, doesn't mean you think nor feel a certain way all the time with someone. It's about the connection you have with someone, how does it work (the connection) with you and the other person.

Hmm, the best way I heard of 'love' or this 'connection' being described is to see it as a verb. It's not something static, it's something at work and needs to be worked by all sides.

I don't feel like anybody in my life really knows me at all and I feel like I've been this way for so long that I am incapable of actually opening up to people.

Maybe, like maybe because i don't know, to open up you might need to know yourself a bit more. Helped me out.

Also: https://www.audiodharma.org/talks/?search=love the latest (as of now) "Love and the Weight of Suffering" is pretty cool.

What would you think to yourself if you somehow found out that white males and black females are given another vaccine than all the others? by Hirnsuppe in conspiracy

I live in Europe.

I also did not mean you would find it out as a person injecting the vaccines, but rather as a person that is involved in the process of manufracturing those.

I would then ask myself how are they going to get those specific vaccines 'for white men only' and 'for black women only' delivered to the specified hosts. Or if I was less inquisitive I would assume something todo with Africa and special vaccines for mothers (bearing children) and the visiting usually white male doctors (who need different shots).

Also, too many words in welcome page. Like, it was a small book.

Copying it to a WYSIWYG text editor with the standard layout it's not even 2 pages long...

Go to preferences -> subscriptions and set 'unsubscribe from all subs' to yes and save.

As is explained here: https://saidit.net/s/SaidIt/comments/37r/welcome_to_saiditnet/ (see footer) more eloquently:

Saidit's sub 'subscribe' system is an opt-out system, rather than reddit and voat's opt-in systems. This means that when your account is created, you're automatically subscribed to all subs, then you can unsubscribe from the ones you don't want on your home page. If you'd rather do it the other way around, you can go to 'preferences' in the top right to see your user preferences, then select the option 'unsubscribe from all subs' and you can build your own sub subscription list from scratch. This opt-out system also means that when you create a sub, any new users to saidit will automatically be subscribed to your sub.

It does work that way, it acts like /Subscribed/new (that would be the old way to access it).

For the new demand: In the footer is a link to https://saidit.net/subs and https://saidit.net/subs/new/ is that list sorted on new.

I'd still like to ignore users and subs

You mean it's not working? Or don't you know that in preferences you can easily unsubscribe from all subs and than manually pick them out from https://saidit.net/subs/ . Or do I now misunderstand you?

Yes, /s/home is that way I think because of the chat.

Which remind me, to easily join the #home channel on chat (with your settings set to subscribed) you can also type:

/join #home

in chat and then switch channels via the channel menu.

Because every 48 hours chat gets purged and you are only in channels of subs you visit and well, I had it too, with this setting you never visit # or /s/home .

Issue one is fixed if you go to preferences->content options->home page and set it to subscribed.

This is, clearly sourced, Jewish. They only have a underworld for the dead, the sheol. (Kinda like Hades in the Greek mythology).

No heaven nor hell.

[–]Mnemonic 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I would first try to find out how albinos, Arabs (and other Semitic peoples), Native Americans and South Americans are classified under this system. I mean I would doubt the way you found out was by reading 'black women' and 'white men' somewhere.

Like are all vaccines stored by skin color and gender?

Also I would seriously doubt this, whatever it was I read/found that caused me to think this, because vaccinations are done by nurses, so basically all nurses should be in on it. A black woman nurse finding ampules saying 'black women only' or 'white men only' wouldn't be able to keep her mouth shut.
