I would rather those resources go to illiberal actors than liberal ones

I agree. It's bad enough that the cucked, liberal West already has access to a plethora of monopolies on certain strategic resources, to let them cut off illiberal states to practically necessary things that many do not have the infrastructure/technology to properly replace with suitable imitations would be disastrous.

What subs never appear in /all? Is there a list somewhere? by Chipit in AskSaidIt

Considering this admin does nothing but abuse his power to silence anyone that dares detract from him, 'misgender' him, etc. he has absolutely no business with such power. The rule enforcement is already biased and selective, even to a small extent from magnora (with regards to the practice of removing "controversial" subs from all), but our friend Amelia here consistently bans people who speak ill of him. There was a certain now-removed post where the comments had at least 5 or so separate people banned and their comments removed simply for calling him out on his selective and biased enforcement of rules.

Was "fighting spam" what you were doing when someone, presumably you, IP banned me for daring to make critical comments about you?
