Neo-pronouns and non-binary "changing" pronouns are just bonkers. They have no sense and noone can know your pronouns or remember it, unless you will be actively and repeatedly saying about your special pronoun.

And last part. You are calling to person "he" or "she" only when not calling to them directly, so it happens mostly when you are speaking about them when they are absent. What sense in those pronouns at all then, if person requiring them is never present to hear them anyways?

In general, whole Gender ideology is only possible in English or similar languages. Here no word to distinguish between female and women or male and man, here only existing word for sex. And in general any genderfluid and similar stuff just makes no sense, as most words they operate just doesn't exist here, as only biological terms existing here.

That will sound really funny, as gendered pronoun is included in words, so you always know sex of person you are refering to or speaking to, even in direct conversation with that person (and using "you"). Instead of "зробив" (he made) or "зробила" (she made) will be "зробихо" (xem made, for example) - and that ending will be in every single verb or adj. That will instantly peak everyone, or make language impossible to understand, lol.
