Your self defense argument doesn't absolve anarchocapitalism from being based on violence. The whole system is based on violence, just like any other system where you control access to resources against uncooperative parties. Your property is not yours because of some god-given right or natural state of things, but because ownership is maintained through violence.

I suppose by "we" you mean the right. How is the right more diverse in their views? This is a genuine question, not a jab. To me both left and right seem equally homogenous in their views.

You could just say liberals are more crazy, but maybe having had difficulties makes one more sensitive to the suffering of others and therefore more liberal? Assuming, of course, that there is such a connection between liberalism and being more compassionate or whatever.

That's so bizarre. There's much more stigma against trans than gay, so why do the parents prefer trans? Is it some specific religion thing, where the religion condemns gays but doesn't mention trans?
