It is another chrome extension all on it's own and is super nice. I will PM you some screen shots of what it looks like in a 50k user sub and the tools it offers, I would just post it, but I don't want who I am on blast even though a ton of people know me and the subs I mod.

Transparency with moderation is essential in subs (what are they called here? /s/'s) that have a tight knit community or that need to have trustworthy mods due to a sub facilitating financial transactions.

I moderate a moderate sized drug community on reddit and everytime we remove a post we leave a comment as to why. We do this using macros from the toolbox, which is an amazing mod feature that also helps you keep track of certain users that may be causing problems or the like with notes that only the mods can see.
