Take a look at the Delta Airlines incident in which a woman is being offended over napkins provided by Coca-cola during a certain flight (?) telling people to actively socialize with people instead of doing it over the internet. She basically thinks it's an overly creepy act. Which in fact is actually not, from a different perspective. Yet said company providing those napkins was bullied to oblivion by these types of people.
So yeah, i fully understand this meme. Approved.

..and focusing yourselves on reading worthwhile reads such as books, novels, et cetera, and maybe some exercise will help, especially when waking up.
Also doing activities such as drawing on physical media (rather than digitally) and climbing.
