Beautifully written, thanks for saying all of this.

It's so liberating to unlearn alot of what socialization teaches and realize that the marriage/kids trope is not necessary at all. Life becomes much fuller and full of opportunities. Time to spend with family and friends, give back to the community and help those in need, have adventures and invest in self growth.

I think you make some good points about WGTOW. I do like (on the reddit sub at least), that the women talk there about things not related to men, about just bettering themselves etc .... (Similar to femalelevelupstrategy). I agree PPF can be a bit doom and gloom, but I see it less as giving up and more as exposing reality for what it is.

I think the blackpillfeminism crew have given up (I think they state that in their beliefs pointedly), which I don't agree with. We still have to try to help other girls and women.... Realizing the system sucks most of the time for women is liberation, but the next step shouldn't be saying "F it, it's biological, I give up". It should be, how can we a) change the system, or b) Help other women realize the system sucks and protect themselves. That's why I choose PPF over BPF. With regards to FDS I think it's becoming more and more radfem leaning which is just amazing. They already don't support sex positivity and porn which is just glorified sexualization, and I personally think that many of those women are going to eventually realize that guys are not worth it and just stop eventually. So I'm actually glad its targeted towards women who've not given up on men because the market is so big for it, and these women are realizing that 90% or more of men are just useless using them for their emotional or sexual labor.

This is not that convincing tbh, the other person in this thread sounds a bit like a hysterical religious leader trying to stuff some dogma down someone's throat.

I get that one of the basics tenets of BPF is biology, but a question for you. If you believe all men are biologically pedos, perverts, women haters etc, do you believe in the same sort of biological determinism for women? In that case, wouldn't all us women who will not have kids and are critical of womenly/feminine things/men/marriage/into radfem etc not exist at all?

It sounds like your work environment is pretty toxic and openly sexist tbh. You shouldn't have to speak through your friend, thats total bullshit.

If there is a superior that you feel you can level with, do it. Or just put your head down, do some work to get experience, but start looking for another job like.... Yesterday.

STEM is really in demand and will continue to be so. I'm sure you can find something if you know your shit. If you have learning opportunities, take them. If there are others who know more than you at work, try to have them mentor you.

I wish you good luck, and I also would suggest just doing your work, not socializing too much with your colleagues etc (especially the males), and also don't volunteer to do too much if you're not going to get credit/paid for it. Too often women are too nice, caring and empathetic, and unfortunately men see those things as weakness. So while your intentions are good (as well as your actions), they may be perceived as you being willing to be a doormat.

I obviously don't know the dynamics of your life, job, or personality, so take everything I say with a grain of salt, but I hope some of it can help.

Hang in there and count your blessings that you still have a job in these times! Gl sis

With regards to my journey - I did not grow up in a particularly feminist household so to speak, it was more traditional, but it was always loving from both parents, and my mom always knew how to fix things haha. My parents were somewhat strict with me as a kid, which I now realize was actually an advantage because I did not really date or hang out too much 'on the corner' etc and I rather spent that time with family/friends or in my own. I dated very little in my twenties which I think is a huge contributing factor to my current mindset. I've always been independent and do not like to rely on people, something that has exacerbated by beliefs and lifestyle throughout my twenties.

My feminism means the right for women to choose, but to have the options available them and the full picture in order to do so. It's quite saddening to see many western women WANT to rely on men when we have many opportunities these days not to. But it is their right to choose, so I respect it. I also have the utmost resort for mothers, although I do not want children. I believe that women should stick up for each other, and childfree women should stick up for mothers too, because being a mother is a whole nother ballgame. I mainly care about less privileged women around the world who do not have the options not to marry/have kids/go to school.

My attitude towards men - I do not have a blanket belief that all are terrible people. I've known a few good ones including family members and friends. However, I believe and accept that because of a combination of biology and socialization, women need to be weary of them and always need to be assertive, etc, in order to not be pushed around by them, and to not ever rely on a man. I also don't believe that having kids with one will get a woman anywhere. Until men can get pregnant or artificial wombs are a thing, pregnancy/birth is just another spoke in the liberation of women.

A big personal experience that led me to stop believing in socialization and all the stereotypes about girls and women was chopping most of my hair off and not worrying about gender roles/looking feminine (but rather just looking however I wanted), and traveling solo. I realized that as women were always taught to be afraid, to reply on others (especially men) to do things. I was cautious and smart, and I had an amazing six month solo trip where I learned to rely on myself, be independent, be confident, etc. I believe that was my first foray into having a more feminist mindset.

I want other women to learn that they absolutely 100% can rely on themselves, that they can be independent and do not need a guy to hold them down. I want more women to take chances and be unapologetic about it, and to be courageous to do the things they want to. I realize this is extremely priveleged, and many girls around the world can't do that because of circumstances etc. For those girls, I want to fight for them to have such opportunities and I'm working towards a career to do that.

I think it's really important for young girls to do sports, to learn teamwork and sisterhood with other girls. I think it's very important for them to have the space to take chances and fall down and get hurt sometimes so they can learn strength, and for parents to encourage independence from girls. I also think it's incredibly important to stop spending too much time/money/resources and energy on things that focus only on looks like makeup/nails/heels/purses etc that are used to distract girls from spendig their teen years following their passions (or exploring them) and doing things that will help them find success later on.

I could go on and on and this is kind of all over the place so I apologize, but I'm looking forward to hear insights from all of you!

TRP is on Reddit, it's simply quarantined. If any similar ideology for women existed it'd be squelched immediately. Blackpill existed for awhile and then it was banned. Pinkpillfeminism had to go private when the sweeping ban came through.

The thing with deadbeat dad's is that it's much easier for them to walk away, they're not directly tied to the kids. That's a way biology has screwed women over, and society doesn't make it easier. Until we find a way to have men get pregnant too, or make lab grown babies 'morally' right, I don't buy the 'men are oppressed' in the realm of children argument.

If you look at the data you will see that during this pandemic because of no school in many places, women are the ones that are are more likely the ones to have quit/reduced their work hours to be with kids (if they were not already fired) and b) in more of the types of jobs that were cut (service industry). Here is an article I found about it if you care to read.... There are many more like this https://www.mckinsey.com/featured-insights/future-of-work/covid-19-and-gender-equality-countering-the-regressive-effects#. I of course agree that this pandemic has been hard on everyone, everywhere, to varying degrees.

With regards to violence, sorry, don't buy it. It comes down to biology. Men are on average stronger han women. That's why gendered violence is more detrimental for women. If we were all the same strength and most women had the same level of aggressive testosterone cursing through their veins, I'd buy your argument. But we're not, and we don't. Women are also socialized to be doormats and put up with way more bullshit then men. Men are socialized in that same system to be coercive and controlling of women.

The United Nations defines gender based violence in the following way:

“The definition of discrimination includes gender based violence, that is, violence that is directed against a woman because she is a woman or that affects women disproportionately. It includes acts that inflict physical, mental or sexual harm or suffering, threats of such acts, coercion and other deprivations of liberty.”

This is from this article https://www.womensaid.org.uk/information-support/what-is-domestic-abuse/domestic-abuse-is-a-gendered-crime/

With regards to war, sure it can be seen as a ruling class thing back when there were monarchs/kings etc and serfs didn't have a choice. That still doesn't change the fact that it was human nature (led by testosterone charged men, by the way....not women). However, nothing has changed. War has just gone nucluer.... Military spending for most nations still exists and there is a huge military complex, most notably in the United States, but to an extent in many other countries throughout the world. Can't blame everything on the ruling class (as much as I'd like to).

I'm glad we can agree on some things, and I am glad to hear you are not a violent person. Yes there are good and bad aspects to everything.... You take the good and use your common sense and leave what doesn't make sense.

With regards to the ruling class and rising against them, I wish it were possible and easily done. I'm a socialist at heart haha, but I don't think it can play out in this highly globalized and capitalist world we live in.... Now more than ever. We're too far gone, the inequality gap is already too wide even in developed countries, and those in power (not the governments, but rather the corporations and billionaires that rule the world) have too much control. People are becoming sheep, so easily distracted with the frivolous things.... Glued to their social media and not willing to exercise critical thinking for the most part... Too wrapped up in consumerism and the vapid things that it appears to offer, while drowning on the inside with depression and mental illness increasing rapidly. Also, there are increasingly divides (eg based on race, or religious extremism/alt right, qanaon, etc) that people are too fragmented to actually organize on a class basis. The increased heterogeneity of most societies have begun to make people clan-like and recluse into their 'own'. And technology/social media have just given a platform to them to group with ones they identify with an nullify everyone else or anything that goes against their narrow worldview.

I'm sure if we were speaking face to face I'm sure we'd be able to find some common ground, but that's something simply not possible on the internet unfortunately, which is why there is so much toxicity much of the time. Take care.

Oh yeah I forgot to add about abortion rights in many countries and how they're not available or they're super hard to get, and in places like Poland they're actually rolling back. Not to mention in religious countries where they're virtually impossible to get legally. There was a recent case in Brasil where a ten year old was first denied an abortion after she got pregnant after being raped. Also, the rapist laws in places which force girls/women to marry their rapists. Find me an equivalent for men/boys. Go ahead, I'll wait.

Not to mention that it's way more difficult for women to get their tubes tied, etc, than it is for a man to get a hysterectomy (usually lots more of an uphill battle involved.... Many women are turned away from their doctors). This is all directly related to the patriarchial world we live in and how in many places women are still controlled simply because they are women.

If you looked at the redpill forums (eg Reddit) they don't support the red pill for men, they pointedly say they are not interested in rp men. They claim the ideology is different for women (which I don't really think so, it's two sides of the same coin), but the point is that they don't agree with to ideology for men.

I'm not 'claiming' the world is gynocentric, the MRA's are claiming that, which is what I said. When did I claim I was oppressed? Why are you completely ignoring the fact that there is a plague of men who are deadbeats, who don't actually support their families. Don't believe me? Check out breakingmom on Reddit.

Why aren't you talking about the steep increase in domestic violence against women, which has drastically increased since lockdown began? Does that sound like male oppression to you?

Intolerance? I'm simply pointing out what I've viewed and seen with my years of existence, whether you agree or not is not the point. The point of forums like these is to express ones opinions.

The lady doth protest too much? Sounds like you like women to be like doormats, without expressing disdain for anything. But then again, you're a believer if RP ideology lol so it's not surprising.

Regarding being unnatural - sure that's true. But apparently war, murdering each other, and having women ripped over and dying from childbirth is necessary, so I'm not really convinced that biology = good.

I'm all for showing trans people compassion and humanity, but I am not down for predatory men who 'identify' as women to be allowed into women's and girls changerooms, into women's sports, into women's shelters, for women to be reduced to 'vagina havers' while men who clown themselves with makeup and wigs insist that they are 'women', etc. Before you say I'm playing the 'oppressed' card, look it up. This is happening in droves around the world. I agree that this TRA shit is not reflective of all genuine trans people, although I'm extremely weary/skeptical of the whole trans/NB ideology overall. Personally, I'm a woman that does not "identify" with most womanly things, yet that doesn't change the fact that I am a woman, simply because of biology, or make me claim to be anything but a woman, because I understand that no group is a monolithic groups and there is always variation. That's why any and all movement should be taken with many grains of salt.

Ah yes, the red pill. Teaching men to 'plate spin', "control their bitches" and pass 'shit tests'. Teaching them how to reduce women to fucking holes, while stripping women of being human beings who can think, relate to them, and and feel, making it impossible to have any relationships that contain any depth or real companionships whatsoever. A really fantastic, healthy, ideology for men indeed.

Men's rights are a lame excuse for weak ass men who don't want to work, don't want to put anything into relationships, claims the world we live in is "gynocentric", want to spend all day gaming, and also think women owe them everything (while offering nothing)... All while claiming they are oppressed.

What's really going on is that yes, the world has changed. Women have entered the workforce. This gives them more power, more options, and takes away some of men's power because women aren't as dependant as they used to be on men. The flip side of that is that women are still working double shifts at home, because gender roles in terms of men doing shit at home hasn't changed like women at work has. Instead of dealing with these changes in a healthy way (and others) "mens rights activists" would rather throw a tantrum.

Eh, let them self destruct. I actually support MGTOW because they'll just leave women alone. I also support WGTOW because women are finally beginning to realize that liberation and autonomy are usually impossible while being tied down by a man.

The world is shit anyway, we should stop procreating and let the species die out, or at least slow it down until we solve the cesspit we've created. Everyone should just go their own way, and live in collective communities with their own sex. The trannies can self destruct in their own communities.

You're right, this is well known. Women often get their ideas stolen by men, or told it's a bad idea then they say these same thing and get credit for it. It's one of the most basic types of sexism. We're all brought up in a male centric and patriarchal society and these things are super common. You're not being paranoid at all lol. Check out s/pinkpillfeminism Herr, for more info, if you want.

What can you do? Call it the fuck out. Who cares if they think you're a bitxh? You can do it in a way where they look dumb. "right... That is exactly what I just said". Or, just go directly to your superiors with your idea's, so you get credit for them. Don't take anything for granted in society, alot of it is rigged against women to keep us down and 'in our place'. Being nice and polite isn't going to get you anywhere. I think it's intimately tied with the nucleur family, basic patriarchy, and biology, and it runs super deep, from the beginning of socialization. Most women are male identified and, if they decide to get married or settle down with a man and have kids, they HAVE to accept certain roles and things.

Another part I've come to realize is simply biology. Women are the childbearers and empathetic ones who protect the vulnerable and care. Childbirth and pregnancy often wreck havoc in women's bodies, but that is simply how we've evolved. Men are the aggressors and ones who are more prone to violence. The first step is realizing and accepting that. There are degrees to that and exceptions of course, for both sexes, but that is the reality. That's why women are categorically underappreciated and mothers, especially. That's why rape and sexual assaults often get very light penalties (men are in charge usually). For me, the first part of breaking free of the constraints of being a female was the firm decision not to procreate, because honestly, that's a HUGE portion of it.

Then, learning to unlearn all the things (or most) from socialization and the first terror of realizing what a blatantly sexist world we live in, from movies and shows that show women as shells of people and sex objects, to the very real experience of many women who are truly trapped in terrible relationships with men because they have had kids, or were not brought up to rely on themselves and therefore don't have the sense of independence or backbone to make it alone. The number of horror stories of women who are putting up with alarming things on Reddit are insane, and yet they don't want to leave. Not to say all marriages are like this, but I strongly believe most marriages are unequal to the women (whether or not she's chosen that... And many do). That doesn't mean there can't be love it other things, but it's just the way it is.

I also think that biologically, and exacerbated by socialization, by and large, women are the sex that want to be led. If they didn't, people like us wouldn't be as fringe. Misogyny and sexism and even paternalism is deeply tied to all of this.

And yes, libfem. Obviously. This bullshit about sexualization of self and bdsm and all the rest being EmPoWeRiNg. But we all know that.

This is disgusting. Do you all think she would in danger if she pointedly said "stop touching me, why are you touching me?" Is there why she didn't? If I were in there situation I'm pretty sure I'd have done that. Not sure what kind of man is attached to that hand though, so I see that it may have put her in more danger.

Once when I was in an Uber the driver was creepy and asking too many questions (I've had long convos with many drivers but you can just tell he differece), and my gut immediately told me to get out. Basically that in some places if you're an adult but raped by a minor, the minor is absolved of any blame or crime and it's actually the adult that might be punished. So it prevents or discourages women who have been raped by a minor fr speaking up. Mental Olympics for the logic of this one are pretty tough.

Didn't specify where though so you'd have to look it up further for details/clarification.

I don't think it's fair to blame the left for the actions of the right. Perhaps it pushes them to be more extreme in their ideology, because things such as the one we began discussing on this posts are becoming more pervasive, but much of the right that has gained traction in the last five/ten years or so - their platforms have been fueled by racism and anti-inmigrant rhetoric, and scapegoating tactics. This is true for trump, the afd and other right wing parties in Europe, and now we see this trend in other places like India, with modi targeting muslims, and, well... bolsonaro just being an overall total fucking idiot.

But you're right in that trump is simply a manifestation of a long lying problem... However he has wrecked havoc in the few years he's been in power. His stance of unilateralism and America first is appealing I think especially to low class, rural white americans whove seen many changes and find it easy to blame the browns and other immigrants so to speak. But really, they should be blaming the corporations that decided to ship jobs out for ever cheaper labor for a race to the bottom, and trumps tit for tat sanctions that ultimately affect the citizens most. He simply lacks any sort of empathy or EI needed to be a leader, when it boils down to it. The world, to an extent, with America being a great example, is showing how globalization and this amoral version of capitalism with no boundaries can be damaging, and idk, I think it's too far gone to salvage, but let's see. The Inequality chasm is becoming more and more wide in developed countries, and the trend is going to continue. But I hope that at least in November americans will be smart enough to vote out trump and at least stop being the laughing stock of the world. Heres a good article about america and it's fall, so to speak, in the context of covid, since it's rise after the CW. It's long but quite interesting. https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/political-commentary/covid-19-end-of-american-era-wade-davis-1038206/

With regards to women, as mentioned, I wasn't really referring to western women. Although, some points about the things you mentioned. Firstly, yes women do attend school at higher rates and are in more STEM jobs etc, but the falloff rate is actually higher than before. As in, there are fewer women who go on to become professors and have higher tenure than about 50 years ago, and still disproportionately less women at the top as CEO's etc. A huge part of this is related to kids, which is a way that women have been fucked by biology. But also, because when men become father's they're seen as more trustworthy/reliable by their employers, but women are seen as the opposite.

With regards to violent crime, sure... Women suffer less from being victims of violent crime, but when they do, it's overwhelmingly at the hands of men. Men suffer more violent crime, at the hands of who? Other men. See the difference? Women are two times more likely to be killed by their male partners, suffer overwhelmingly at the hands of male partners for domestic violence (I don't need to tell you that along with the health epidemic, there has also been a steep increase in Violence against women since everyone is staying home since covid started), and homicide by a woman's partner is still the leading cause of pregnancy-associated death. So violence is a pretty shitty example to use as to how women are 'more priveleged' than men.

In terms of the west, I'd say one of main ones that persists is harrassment/sexual violence against women. Guaranteed every single woman who's walked alone (or even not alone) at some point, anywhere in the world, has has to put up with some form of it. And that's just the most innocuous type of harrassment I'm talking about.

With regards to the discussion turning to places that are not the west, it came up because oppression exists there. I believe that we should speak up about inequality everywhere, not only in our small bubbles of the world where if a problem doesn't exist in our own lives, it doesn't exist at all. That lack of empathy, narcissism and selfishness is the reason for 90% of our problems as a species. But yes, western societies are by and large incredibly tolerant for "minorities" (crazy that half the population is still considered that though).

With regards to marriage/reproduction, I'm aware it's a fringe perspective, especially in the west. Although, there are movements in places like South Korea and Japan for example, where women are rejecting these things (sex, dating, kids). I think we've all been socialized to "want" these things, especially as women... We're fed the trope from girlhood that having a family/husband/kids is the ultimate goal and success. For some women it is, and more power to them. But I personally think it's very limiting, especially because for women, inevitably it usually turns out being that as a woman after having a kid the default and defining role becomes first, mother. For men they still maintain more of their autonomy after being fathers. The motherhood penalty, the double shift, are still real for women everywhere, including the west. Kids are also just a huge drain in resources, time and energy and I'd rather spread myself further and spend that time/energy/money on my family and wider community.... And having free time lol.

The other side of that is the world we live in. I truly don't think this is the type of world any child should be bought into, I don't think it's getting better. Between the climate crisis thats going to continue, the growing inequality, overpopulation as a globe (I know birth rates are declining in certain places, but they're very much still high in others), the continued infiltration of technology into all parts of our lives resulting in increased shallowness and vapidness of society, the materialism and consumerism that has plagued most places, and what I see as the steady increase of corruption and greed around the world.... among many more reasons, I don't see any reason. Maybe adopt or foster kids, but not biological kids.

Edit: I know I'm coming off as very doom and gloom... The world does have its good points and there are great experiences to have, people to meet, beautiful nature etc, and having a good life is definitely possible, but I think on a 'humanity' level, we aren't doing well... And if we were going to do well we would already have by now... we have the resources, Knowledge, and technology. But we're not.

I agree in that in this instance political views are being censored left right and centre. But it's weird times we're living in specifically right now, with this health crisis, this race resurgence, the orange clown and other right wing authoritarians in office and the erosion of democracy and free speech, all exacerbated by social media which is amplifying everything.

It seems that you think I'm coming from a victim mentality "I'm a woman, the world is against me". I'm not. Reducing someone to their sex or their race or whatever else is as bad as being racist or misogynistic, and it's also weak as fuck. I'm simply pointing out reality, and the reality is that the world is still whit for many women. Granted, a huge part of this is biological. As women we've been dealt a shit card, between pregnancy and the average woman being weaker than the average man. If those two things were taken out, they playing field would be level imo. That's the reason I'll never ever have children. But many women (specifically western ones) are all too happy to submit to the subservient housewife trope.

Let em have it. My feminism is about the women around the world that are denied basic human rights for being women. Having no legal age, resulting in child brides. The fact that in some places grown ass women can't go outside unless accompanied by a male, even if that male is a kid. And tens of other examples. That's not 'claiming victimhood'. It's empathy. Not everything is based on one own narcissistic interests. I am from the west and personally, I take the best of both worlds of feminity and masculinity and use them to my advantage. So I'm not shouting "oppressed" here. This has nothing to do with me personally. I'm talking systemic.

In an interview from a detrans woman I saw, she described it perfectly, and that is that their entire identity is based on ideology and rests on a house of cards. Nowadays having to transition isn't even a prerequisite for identifying as trans. So when you point out a reality and the flaws in their logic (including TWAW but women are somehow 'uterus havers, birth givers' etc) or "I was born a woman and you were not" you are effectively destroying their entire "identity", because it's so paper thin and riddled with illogic to begin with.

It's just a bunch of low self esteem people who spend too much time on the internet, dissociated from reality, have mental issues and watching too much porn and who've decided they have nothing authentic to offer the world, so hey! Let's be trans. Let's be 'enby'. Also misogyny, sexism etc.

And the lobbyists are pushing the agenda because there is a shit ton of money to be made from these types of procedures.

To the people at the top it's literally only about the money. The damage to society, the erasure of women, and everything else, it's just a casualty, which, in a few tens of years they will say 'sorry, we were wrong. We should have known better'. By then, we're on to the next tragedy.

Women get censored (or heavily downvoted) for having any kind of views that question something a male does and that's brings the reality of sex into the mix.

Having the 'wrong' political views is simply another layer.

Intersectionality is a reality for millions of people. Agree or not, if a person is a white male who belongs to the middle class socioeconomic status or higher, his life chances are better than most people. That's simply the world we live in. Is this a reason to be held back by ones sex/race/class? Not at all. But denying the reality of privelege is simply being ignorant, naïve, or dismissive.

The oppressor/oppressed "narrative" is reality. Ask colonialism. Ask victims of forced sex work (which makes up about 80% of the industry), child brides, victims of FGM. And the many other realities people face in a daily basis, because of who they are.

I'm a rad leaning feminist and this does not speak for me. This current brand of Liberal feminism that is backing trannies, touting sex work and bdsm as empowering is complete and utter bs and extremely damaging especially to young girls who've only grown up in the age of social media.

Women ARE a collective and we're systematically shut down on Reddit, and now are beginning to get shut down on women's issues because trannies are apparently more important (though they make up less than 1% of the pop). I read a quote recently that said "women are the only people who are not centred in their own liberation movement" lol.

I'm also a leftist and this ridiculous TWAW cult mentality don't speak for me either.

In the instance of trans people the narrative the TRAs are trying to push is that if you're not so woke and open minded that your brain is falling out, that you're a transphobe and akin to a right wing bigot etc. Neither of those are accurate. We've lost middle ground where one can still be left leaning but oppose ideology that is basically fantasyland, without being labeled a TERF, fascist or whatever other shit they can think of to try and shut you up instead of engaging in discussion.

However I do agree with you in that the average person who doesn't live online and has half a brain is against the trans circus, or hasn't even considered it. The problem is that the loud TRAs who DO live online seem to be the ones who are influencing policy changes, and this is dangerous.

Unfortunately most women are way more male identified than female identified, have been indoctrinated from birth to be docileb and malleable, and consume media that is usually made by males and puts brotherhood on a pedestal while shitting on sisterhood and Making it seem that women are all catty, superficial and should be against one another.

If it's not totally that, its also that women are way more empathic, understanding and welcoming to groups (women are more likely to volunteer, to give charity, etc) and so they think that by being 'inclusive' to preying men who pretend to be women etc, they are doing the right thing.

Many don't have a backbone and/or they're too afraid to step outside what they're told by the mainstream because they have been brainwashed and also don't think critically (women? Women don't need to think! They just need to obey and make sure their hair, nails, and make-up is impeccable!!).

They do. TwoXchromosomes is run by trannies. I got banned on there for saying sex is biological and trans women aren't women, they are trans.

Don't even bother responding to that ludicrous argument. Please, don't. Don't even engage.

Why in the name of anything would ANYONE second guess that a black woman is not a woman? This world is now trying to tell us that up is down and wrong is right, don't even react to it.

Sorry you got banned but don't sweat it. Reddit is now run by a bunch of fascist trans cult members. Anything with a semblance to logic, facts, or reality, is actively dissuaded and will probably get you banned, if not heavily downvoted (you can check out my post history here of you want an example).

Thanks for sharing your knowledge on here, I've learned quite a bit reading it and have bookmarked this to reference in the future.

Thank you for speaking out, eventually the cult will be exposed.

No lies detected here. Trannies wearing dresses, heels, makeup, and sexualizing themselves, on the other hand..... they love

I guess this is what they want their ideal women to be like, so it's not that much of a surprise if one thinks about it.

Sit back and read the comments. One of tlmy favourites are "You can't serve two masters. A woman can't be good at two jobs".

Also "why push women towards equality? That would make less mothers" BINGO.

This should actually be promoted mainstream so women can see it and then decide to not have babies at all.

I don't follow?

There's no strategy here... I'm simply pointing out facts. How is this helping lead to the normalization of deviant behavior?

My hope is that if even one person looked at this comment and looked a bit deeper into the illogical ideology or googled some of the names I listed, they would peak and see it's all ridiculous.

What are your thoughts on AOC? What are your thoughts on her sharing this video and the content she says in it? by Immortallogic in PinkPillFeminism

[–]Immortallogic[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I'll start off saying I'm not American and I def don't know the intricacies of American politics, but am fairly well versed.

My thoughts on AOC are overall that she is a great progressive voice. Her politics are overall sound and the fact that she is an outspoken woman about womens issues is an obvious plus.

In the end of this video she talks about drag queens and non binary people and how they contribute to different forms of beauty or something, which was the most annoying part for me... But I guess acceptance and blanket affirmation of those groups are lately a must for most leftists (which I hate, because those people do not speak for me, though I am a lefty).

I am a bit torn on the makeup bit, and she also touches on how women that wear makeup sometimes make more money/are seen as more professional etc. She says this is a wrongful reason to wear makeup. To me, this would be the only objective reason in favor of wearing it. She says it should be used to empower one's self etc, which obviously to me seems like something fed straight out of the deeply ingrained socialization of girls, but she pointedly speaks to this issue and for her it's a way to rebel against the patriarchy.

What are your thoughts, and also what are your thoughts on makeup in general? Admittedly I still on occasion wear a bit of lipstick. I do like the way it looks sometimes, but other times I look at myself and say woah, this looks ridiculous.

Unreal how it talks about how upto 80/90% of the reporters in Iraq during the invasion were embedded there and so their reporting was heavily or entirely influenced by the government/military to control the narrative, and the independent reporters telling the full story were tartgeted.

Echoing what others are saying, the internet, social media and the increasing vapid culture of society, along with damaging libfeb ideals like sex positivity, bdsm, and now the trans movement and things like onlyfans, has the potential for being extremely damaging. What's worse is that alot of young mothers are no different.

I'm a gen Y'er and only got my first smartphone at around 20 or so, it was all about MSN and Napster back in my day haha... Now these kids are getting phones and all that goes along with it (instagram, porn, always messaging guys, tik Tok) at around 12/13 I guess? Maybe sooner.

I think things will get worse before they get better, but hopefully the pendulum swings back. We're definitely at the bottom at a trough right now and probably will be, also contributed to "wokeness" and being PC making people less and less commonsensical. The young generation is so open minded their brains are littering the floor haha.

What YOU can do is if you have young girls or know parents with young girls, talk to them about these things.... Try to show them the whole story of why things like putting out all your info online can be super damaging. Instead of just saying "don't do it" tell them why. Save posts that show women talking about how these things have harmed them.

I'm working on guide for girls to help guide them through things like not being negatively influenced, how to act around guys, how to maintain your independence, how to dress so that you don't look like a pornified doll, etc.

You sound like an absolute G. If you're in the position to, maybe you can go to local high schools and speak to those kids, especially the girls.

I would have def considered a job in the trades if I'd thought of it as an option in HS. The money is tiiight and will be more in demand as automation takes over as you say, and also as the boomers retire/pass on.

Thanks for your perspective, and that is horrendous.

So given your experience/ exposure to what you described, do you genuinely think that if a woman is dressed provocatively it has no bearing on the type/amount of negative attention she'd get from guys and she shouldn't bother being concerned about what she's wearing?

Thanks for this. Yeah, I took a chance because I have no idea what part of the spectrum those women are, but I assumed it was more Lib leaning since the group accepts "all kinds of women" etc.

I love your dog analogy, I'd use that but I think they would go up in arms lmao.

"So even if these women are techinically right, that men should stop raping and we should be free to wear what we want, we don’t live in that world."

100%. They are correct but it's simply not reality and rather than be delusional, I'd rather be realistic. When we live in a utopia (never) they can rag on me all they want for victim blaming, but then I wouldn't be saying that stuff lol.

Straight up. I'm getting so sick of this annoyingly PC but increasingly nonsensical world we're living in.

I started reading an article the other day as d had to stop when the author used 'uterus havers, femme identified people' and other garbage instead of saying women, and it frustrated the hell out of me to believe that this is what's supposed to be 'progressive' nowadays.
