Rule 4 example: If a thread is "What's your favorite sports team" in a sub you moderate, and then someone comments "The Bengals" you are not allowed to ban them, even as a joke. It's on topic, and not dragging discussion down the pyramid of debate and so is in good faith. If someone comments something like "kys dummy Bengals are best idiot" then you have the option to ban them because it's not in good faith as per the pyramid of debate, despite being on topic. As a final example, if someone comments in that thread "Gouda cheese melts well" you have the option to ban them, as they're not on topic, despite not dragging discussion downward on the pyramid of debate. However if someone posts something both on topic, and in good faith, you CANNOT delete this type of post repeatedly or else you will lose all moderator privileges on saidit after a couple warnings.

I can understand why you'd need a wiki for all these intricate rules.

Edit:

One person cannot moderate more than 40 subs. Creating multiple accounts to bypass this is not allowed.

Unenforceable rule? Why not just ask if people could not, pls?

I did not suggest saidit is different.

That's true. I assumed you'd taken a stand against authoritarian fascists by refusing to support that type of social media site due to your disdain of fascism. My bad. Do I understand you correctly; reddit is fascist and saidit is no different?

That war (WW2) was fought, according to the allies, for 4 freedoms.

The Soviet Union was part of the alliance, liberty and independence was part of the freedoms and a few countries that ended up on the wrong side of the iron curtain might disagree with the honesty of the Declaration of the United Nations.

"Freedom, but not for the British colonies, US territories and new Soviet states"...

I think you should read it again and read it slowly

I've found out my retention is highest with quick repetitions, but thanks for the reading tip.

you think that the right to say what you want when you want regardess of which media, is not how things are today does not mean that is not how it is supposed to be

No, I think that it's not supposed to be the way you present it because its contrary to the generally accepted concept of ownership.

the reason it is not is because fascists who prefer authoritarian control and censorship have taken control of social media.

I'll agree that there's been a massive increase in editorial control on corporation-run and private sites, often as a result of a sellout by the original creators, either morally or monetary...

I don't think refusal to display certain content on a website is censorship unless it's a public service by the government.

I don't believe capitalistic greed is fascist, though it's easy to mistake the two since they share a lot of methods.

And I don't believe the ones making the decisions prefer authoritarian control, it's just a very noticable way to influence people - one of many ways that's employed in parallel.

Hmm, I thought size mattered with this model and would have assumed they'd drop the gpios, flip the USB port 90 degrees and thus making it half the height/size.

Drop the ethernet, bump the price to 20 for the top model and include the Wifi module and you got a stew I'd eat.

More like "the downside of relying on an always online user verification system when you lose internet connection".

An app relying on say only bluetooth or NFC would work just fine even if you lose internet connection.

PWA or AMP – Should you pick one or both? by digifutura in technology

Doesn't it depend on the usage, AMP is nice for low end, low bandwidth while PWA is for higher performance devices alternating between high speed wireless and no internet at all?
