Yes. Mattias Desmett describes this as mass formation. Socially isolated people suffering from free floating anxiety are given a way to resolve their anxiety and psychological isolation by the mass media giving them an enemy.

Same as Nazi Germany, communist revolutions and witch hunts.

It kind of makes sense. Common cold lives in people and is mild or asymptomatic in most healthy people. But if you are under stress or immunocompromised it becomes a real danger.

If everyone is immunocompromised, then diseases would have to evolve to become even weaker to survive.

In reality those who pass get treated as their preferred gender. It really does matter. A dainty pretty "woman" going into women's bathroom won't raise any eyebrows, nor is this one going to rape women, beat women in sports or whatever.

If they were all like Kim Petras there would be no need for any CG stuff. You would not care, they would be a curiousity that is all. Not that I would support it, kids should not be castrated etc.

I can't believe we've reached the day when actual fascists and Nazis are more sane than an entire major political faction in the US. by Vulptex in whatever

Actual Nazis didn't start out with genocide and total war. They had excellent economic policy, perhaps the best in history, and a bunch of good policies that greatly improved the lives of Germans.

The horrors came later. They purged those who were not evil from the government and went evil. Nazis are evil, and the most important lesson imho is to understand that the political system is more important than the specific policies.

No profit in it. The medical system is about generating a profit. It's not just this, Harvard found that when cardiologists are away from the hospital mortality drops. Similarly when doctors go on a strike mortality drops.

They make money from medical procedures and giving people drugs, especially patented drugs. So the standard care always tends toward the most profitable option, and there is no accountability as long as you follow standard treatments.

It's meant to be incoherent. It functions as a way of gaining power over others. If you play their game you constantly have to walk on eggshells, something familiar with anyone who has dealt with abusers.

Authentic people do not concern themselves all that much about how other people see them. NPD and BPD people are obsessed about it, and that is the reason they are so dangerous.

It's a question of context. You can throw TIMs and TIFs out of women's bathrooms because they are for the safety and comfort of women.

If a father needs to change a kid's diapers, and he that is the only viable place, then he should be there, because kids' wellbeing take precedence over adult feelings. And a man taking care of a baby can be assumed to be safe.

I've seen nerds being into anime girls with guns. Something about the juxtaposition of cute vulnerable girl and violently dominating others seems to be attractive to them.

If I had to guess I'd say it's a combination of a power fantasy and and a cute girl fantasy.

I'm really interested in your experience. I was don't really know what to ask, but I'll try. Is it just you who are have to take initiative, or do your attractive girl friends also have to be the ones? Have you noticed that this happens to cool guys too?

I am in a similar situation, and I know that some of my friends are too. I'm not super cool, some of those friends are quite popular.

I don't know what to ask, just interested.
