there were 5 lgbt subs that went private. bi_irl, gay_irl, [lesbians]gonewild, [lesbians]gonemild, lgbtteensgonemild, here's the link. https://www.reddit.com/user/Blank-Cheque/comments/mc9ave/list_of_protesting_subreddits/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share but yeah the vast majority of lgbt subs stayed quiet and didn't do anything. I just figured I'd speak up because I was actually kinda surprised that I saw those subs on the list of ones that had privated.

A lot of these people are in anime fandoms, where there aren't many girl characters and the girl characters aren't usually written the greatest, so the main character and his best friend, for example, can/usually do have a closer relationship onscreen than the main character and the female love interest so they are shipped together. it's two hot dudes at once, so they like it.

some people are attracted to femininity or masculinity regardless or sex, but those people are bisexual. Some of them don't want to admit that so they say that they're gay or straight when they're not. If you're bi you don't have to be attracted to everyone, so someone could only be attracted to feminine women and men, but not masculine women or men. at least that's my opinion.

[–]Franklintheturtle 10 insightful - 1 fun10 insightful - 0 fun11 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

First of all that's terrifying. But just because we just figured out how to transplant a womb to a woman in no way means that they would be able to do so to a man. Considering surgeons regularly make hack jobs when they try to give men a gross approximation of a vagina, I highly doubt they would fare better in transplanting a uterus, much less pregnancy. There are so many variables in pregnancy. I am scared as to how they are going to get the uteruses, considering that men who think they are women seem to already be more likely to be arrested for sex crimes and have been known to focus on one person and trying to be that person.
