It's because they hold the most power on the internet and are incredibly prolific in creating the dumbest shit possible.

Not to mention that all the classic subcultures TiA used to joke about (otherkin, tulpas, gamer girl feminism, weird fandoms, etc.) have been completely overtaken by genderspecials, spicy straights/asexuals who have sex, and AGPs preying on kids. It's impossible to find good content nowadays that isn't plagued by one of the aforementioned.
