Saying things ( or not ) to fit in is something i relate to strongly at my office.

I keep wondering if some of my coworkers are also experiencing the same thing i am. I made the mistake once of correcting someone on something the US president had said or in this case had not said.

One of the dangers of "cancel culture" is you need to be cancelled or have someone or something you agree with get cancelled in order to see how truly poisonous it is to the advancement of society. Had GC not been "cancelled" can most of you say with certainty that you would be sceptical of cancel culture ?

I am currently living in a very woke nordic country and it has gotten to a point i can't question or discuss anything that is not in the narrative. look i do not want to defend violence against anyone. I want to stress that discussion platforms should not be moderated to fit the narrative of a certain section of society, all sides should get place to voice their opinions and hopefully said sides will be willing to hear one another out.

I don't think a subreddit posting photos of women should be banned, i do agree that it is morally reprehensible to post pictures of women without their consent, a discussion platform should not be an opinion police and decide what is moral or not.

You feel like violent pornography and incest should be banned. Reddit admins feel like TERF subreddits should be banned.

Reddit is free to do what they want to with their platform, at least i am of the opinion they should be.

Personally i feel like any platform worth its salt should allow any and all discussion, banning discussion is wrong no matter the subject. Continue discussing how unfair your ban is and that x or y subreddit should have been banned instead of GC. I just hope you eventually see the hypocrisy.
