As in one night stands or relationships? If it's the latter, you might want to build attraction and seem more attractive to women, and then you'd want to practice communication, and small talking. I'm not too familiar with the former, however.

Simple, try to stay off the internet for a while, a week at least, since news outlets and false information can do that to a person. You know, "white people cause this" and "women hate men who do that", and learn to keep on your own path, and not let any person's negative opinions of you go into your head.
