Men's Health magazine. How to choke a woman. I don't want to live on this planet. by our_team_is_winning in GenderCritical

Plenty of them probably are disgusted and scared. But if all they see online/in tv etc says that this is positive, and all the other equally insecure teenage girls are also playing along with it to fit in, then they're probably just going to suppress those feelings and end up with a ton of (modern) internalized misogyny. I think I first saw hardcore porn aged 13 and it didn't make me want to go out and campaign for women's rights, it just contributed to me really wishing that I could be a man instead.

Judith Butler is pretty much the Sokal Hoax personified. In other words, she has mastered the art of putting so many long words together that everyone either assumes that she must be a genius or they just cannot be bothered to try and unpick it at all. But she is not in any way gender critical.

Someone said "let's not just talk about TRA's all the time." Can we finally talk about this? Or are we still too afraid of this, too? by vitunrotta in GenderCritical

France hasn't banned the hijab. The rules you are thinking of are against the veils that cover the face (niqab and burka). The hijab just covers the hair and neck so it doesn't obscure a women's identity.

Of course men's lives change when they get married. Their lives get considerably easier. Hence why married men are well known to live significantly longer, and be healthier and happier than single men. Whereas married women are on average less happy and die earlier than single women.

I really recommend (to everyone) reading The Gift of Fear, its got great advice on both trusting your instincts and how predatory men behave.

Yeah, but the average age on there is probably pretty low, even with all the groomers. Can't blame the tweens for not knowing better 🙄

Egg means they haven't hatched yet (ie come out as the transwoman/transman they are supposed to be...). Irl just stands for "in real life", there are a load of subreddits with that in the name.

Transing kids isn't just a woke cult phenomenon though, its also popular with a certain kind of far right homophobe. See this example of parents who eventually gave up trying to beat the gay out of their preschooler: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.goodhousekeeping.com/life/parenting/a43702/transgender-child-kimberly-shappley/&ved=2ahUKEwipxeC2-crqAhVKRRUIHZlpDqIQFjAAegQIAhAB&usg=AOvVaw3D9QA8prtuDLcyb6k2Srrl

Some women are stunningly naive about men though. I don't think its a coincidence that the only woman I've heard come out with "nonbinary is a real thing/men are as oppressed as women" shite in real life also happens to be a virgin who has never had a relationship, or any male friends/brothers etc. Add that to being well off and white, and you seem to have the perfect mix for being a handmaid who believes utter bollocks...

Blair also commented on a post by a woman saying how she hated men (for context the woman's brother had just been stabbed to death, by men ofc) to say "sounds like you just need some dick tbh". But sure, he is such a nice rational woman that deserves special pronouns. Women always tell other grieving women that some dick will cure them being sad about having family members brutally murdered 🙄

Is “gender” innate? I’m confused by Confuzzled in GenderCritical

[–]Asplenium 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Not really because no one is in the "wrong body". That idea is just fantasy/sci fi plot device. We are our bodies. All thoughts and personalities come from the brain, which is a body part. Those males who people think are female are not 'reverting' to anything, they were always male. Just like TIMs are and always will be males.

Not really, as someone who frequented both GC and FDS. There were usually plenty of references to GC on FDS. Being gender critical isn't enough to stop some of us poor souls being heterosexual...
