Be gentle, be kind. Feel compassion for yourself. And make the first steps.

What you call the "outside world" is happening between you and yourself only. And you're kidding yourself if you think you're in control of that self-made matrix.

Feeling fulfilled (in the sense of having enough, not craving for something else) with whatever's happening in the moment is a skill everyone, anywhere can learn. It's a matter of pov: less emotional resistance = more open heart/mind.

Avoid us & them mentality, making statements about "other people" or pointing fingers.

There's only you here. And you need compassion. So you can take another step.

CPR is for inconscious, non-breathing folks. While calling 911 loudspeaker on, lay the person on a hard surface and kneel beside. In a tripod position, clutch one hand upon the other, and aim right beetween their undressed tits with your lower palm, pushing down and releasing 1/3 of the chest /don't crush them/ on a staying alive "ah-ah-ah-ah" rythm. Non stop. Hopefully you're not alone because that shit's exhausting.

Tips: Check the pulse at the the wrist, not at the neck. But breathing = pulsing in general.

In case of a seizure keep your distance, gently talk to them. After it's over, lateral position and check breathing. CPR if it stops. Stay by their side, keep'em warm.

Fear not, 911 will guide you but know the basics, avoid doing ankward dangerous shit like that dude.

Good choice. I don't see the point in watching public executions vids, especially without context. It's a no sound video and a r/killthecameraman kinda but nevertheless it's way too disgusting and sad.

r/Medicalgore is interesting. No vids, only pix but with a lot of background info. Dosen't have to be deadly to be impressive. It makes you realize that morbid curiosity is at the core of medicine and has nothing new or special about it.
