Your view of human capital doesn't carry much weight. China has always had higher population and higher average IQ, but they have been inferior to European nations in recent centuries. Too much human capital can be a bad thing, China having had a one child policy comes to mind.

However, the equation does come with some caveats. There is I'd say a negative human potential factor as well.

You can have an intelligent 5 million strong population with 105 IQ on average, but their ability to achieve feats is reduced if they are saddled with 50 million BNs. South Africa comes to mind.

Alternatively a majority white society that maintained control over a large lower IQ population for menial labor allowing more whites for higher cognitive tasks could be superior to a white society that technically had higher human capital under your formula.

American mulattoes are a tricky category. American blacks are about 25% white, to begin with. Mostly British. So when they mate with a white person, their offspring is about 62.5% white.

I am aware of that, which would explain the difference if the mulattoes had an IQ the mean between the blacks and whites used in the same study. However, the mulattoes have an average IQ higher than the mean between those other races.

Personally I'd use a test like TRI-52 if you're trying to get accurate results, which had a strong correlation with WAIS. The Mensa tests are decent, there is just no source on whether they have a meaningful correlation.
