Nice seeing some of violetdioxazine's comics here she did some good stuff on this subject. Woke homophobia I am more unsettled by in some ways, just as homophobia becomes less accepted they shame us again.

Sad hearing about gay people escaping homophobic environments and in some instances, conversion therapy but then faced with these people.

yup, they say that when people who do speak out get their comment removed and banned from AL but not before getting rebuked by the men there. Even very reasonable comments that aren't from gc get removed, its a male circlejerk at this point.

Funny how when sorting through controversial on AL its mainly posts about transbians, even though they're sometimes the vocal what seems like a majority on the sub list the downvotes are coming from within AL

mods removed this comment but she got 20 votes and she's right

Ovarit now has an official o/lesbians sub now, especially for lesbians who were also active on GC would be a good move they have gc, itsafetish and trollgc (radfemmery) on there too, haven't looked at many of of the other subs here really

I looked over there and they have another post about askgaybros, I think r/lgbt also brigaded over there. On askgaybros the moderation is low and so gay men don't get banned for saying they don't like the opposite sex there

True, reddit now IP bans - but if your loxicom account hasn't got banned and you just create a throwaway it should be okay. Archive was made using a python script while the sub is in private but you can also put it on restricted and archive it through wayback machine. Head mod from troll (dontdoxxmebro) archived quite a lot of posts before trollgc got the ban. I'm not sure what the main gc sub did though. I did the screenshot thing but often there's hundreds of posts which makes that method more slow. For smaller subs though it's doable, just create a document for the links and maybe separate them by type of crime for badlybehaved (similar to the flairs). PP was specific but it's one of those things that tras said wouldn't happen (in mixed sex spaces) so was a good record but maybe it can be merged with another sub.

Just waiting for the new site to go live, it's in alpha testing at the moment.

Ah understand, if you make another account I'm happy to mod/approve you if you wanna save any links or anything, surprised but glad it's not banned yet. Seems like all the other mods got suspended for badlybehaved and others unfortunately but they are good resources. Set them to private after the banwave.

Still getting info on the new site that gc will have but if you're up for having the subs there I'd be happy to help.

Yup I remember a post like that, I think on deuxrama that showed there was only one actual lesbian moderator. There used to be a sub called r/actuallynotlesbians about the actuallesbians not being for lesbians but it got banned in the recent banwave too.
