Did you make the music and write the lyrics?

I wrote the lyrics myself. The instrumental I got off of YouTube.

Do you know anyone who can help you to learn more about poetry? Do you play any musical instruments?

I don't want to waste your time so I'll keep this brief. The best suggestion I could make is that you keep practicing your instruments, develop your knowledge of music theory, read a few books on the topics of poetry and lyrics to build up your own knowledge base.

The Writer's Digest has a selection of books on poetry you should be able to find for free on libgen, or pirate bay. They don't seem to have much on writing lyrics, but beyond that you should look up books which can introduce you to topics relevant to lyrics, music theory, composition, and production. Even those idiots guide to, or dummies guide to books are a better foundation source of information than nothing at all or some rando on the internet.

Best of luck to ya going forward. Keep at it while you've got the time and energy.

Not a problem. I figure you're young, so reading isn't all that cool outside of internet forums and social media sites, but just try not to forget that thanks to the internet you have access to the entirety of human knowledge. You're only on this earth for a limited amount of time, so use that time wisely. There's more worthwhile things to spend your finite time on than social media. Lord knows, I can't even begin to imagine the hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of dollars I could've saved, if I had access to something like this back then.
