Was going to disagree before I read it. I think women talk just the right amount, sometimes a little quiet.

It is insightful.

I seldom thought about talking just to glue relations. Especially that women seemingly are "more" invested in keeping the conversation alive, though they disagree and there is no synthesis in sight whatsoever.

Possibly I'll never can imagine the reasoning behind this other than this "tend and befriend" deep-psychology strategy. It is the most "female" thing in all my mind-castles I sadly learned about only recently.

Who said that talking has to make sense anyway. Let's heat the surrounding air because guess what: We can!

Maybe even fake a laugh here or there in the process.

I can adapt to that. But I suppose it'll take some time.
