I could approve of this if it wasn't a slippery slope. Once they get their way, they will demand more and more rights until people cannot walk the streets without being tempted. An extreme case can be witnessed in the US, where young, naive women are demanding they can walk the streets with their bare breasts and don't see the problem with that. Yes, one can apply self-control in their personal life, but you cannot expect everyone to have the same level of self-control and that is where problems arise. It's better to put this genie back in the bottle.

I guess then in African tribes where women go bare breasted all the time they just slid all the way down the slippery slope?

The fact is that body parts being hidden only increases the amount they are fetishised. In cultures where breasts are on show other body parts because the main turn on instead. Men don't all start and drool over breasts like dogs all day in those places. And in places where women are covered up the opposite happens. Other body parts like ankles or hair drive men wild, because they are hidden.
