Giving women their own space for their own discussions is an admirable goal. LGBDroptheT is an example of a similar kind of sub for gays and lesbians to have their own space for their own discussions. Think about how if LGBDroptheT were on /all then it would be destroyed by essentially inviting a constant stream of homophobes harassing the participants. Being on /all is contrary to the goal of having a space of their own because it opens the sub up to everybody. It's true what you say about /all being full of misandrists. The sub needs to be publicized for it to grow but publicizing in on /all is not the crowd that you want to attract. Growing the sub as a space for women is a job for more than one person. My advice is to assemble a mod team of people that share your goal and will share the work of growing the sub. I'm sure if you reached out to the mods of LGBDroptheT they would have some really good advice and even help you publicize and grow this sub.

Today I actually watched all six episodes of the group of women surviving on the island with only basic tools. It was an incredibly powerful and moving story. They went through a transformation together in many ways. Early on they caught a pig in an improvised trap. But they didn't work together to secure the pig and it broke loose and ran away. But later they found a pig sleeping. This time they worked together as one to quickly and decisively capture and dispatch the pig. One of the problems they faced was everybody was just doing their own thing without any coordination. Important tasks were being overlooked causing acrimony and a breakdown of their survival. They didn't begin to thrive until they elected leaders to direct the work being done. They elected two co-leaders to work together to lead the group of ten women. And it was the group as a whole that decided by election who those leaders should be. I believe this sub is the same. It won't survive unless you bring together a group of women that work together towards the same goal. If you're feeling overwhelmed that is only natural because this is too much work for one person on their own. I believe jet199 would be a great asset to this sub if you reached out to her and included her in your vision for this sub. And I'm sure there are many participants on LGBDroptheT and GenderCritical that would be happy to help too once you ask them.

Now that the sub is off of /all you can ban anybody and remove anything you want after you state that in the subs sidebar. The reason the rules say that you have to state it in the sidebar is so that it is clear to everybody visiting the sub. I'm just trying to have a discussion with you though.
