Many of the "far right" subjects are actually closer to mainstream opinions, but are downvoted by bots (censored by marginalization), or censored outright.

Fraudulent material is rarely censored. Misinfo creates public confusion, and is a useful tool for social control.

People should want to know information that it's being withheld from the public, and why...

Blue Knight would be happier at a place like reddit where he can be with left-leaning people of his kind. They are clearly hurting for users since they sent out an email only yesterday, practically begging far-flung ex-redditors to come home. I hear the moderators are particularly helpful and unbiased.

I think that Saidit can be great when people start focussing on quality instead of quantity.

This means:
- post/reply when you got something important to say.
- reply with positivity.
- reply with humour.
- reply without forum-sliding (do not change the subject, if you want to discuss a certain subject just add a link with a short description).
- avoid political sides. They are trapping you into group-belief. Discuss the matter from a real-world and neutral perspective.
- we may insult people sometimes, but do it with some respect and humour.
- understand that certain scientific reports contain political statements. You can detect them, as they use logical fallacies.
- Yes, avoid logical fallacies.

We frequently see the "it's boring" accusation flung at anything the far left doesn't like. Oh, they value political diversity all right! It's just that this is really boring and nobody should see it. Otherwise they might see a different point of view and become convinced that the far left doesn't have all the answers.

Sadly that's true, which is why I comment so little. I can only suggest creating a sub that you can relate to, and perhaps people will come (assuming you advertise your sub).

But by commenting so little, there are even less comments... if people want this community to succeed, people are going to have to contribute. I can't singlehandedly create a community, it's going to take more than a few of us sticking our necks out and voicing real opinions. If we all just decide this place sucks, then it will suck. But I don't think it sucks, and in fact I see a lot of very good things happening here. I do wish there were more comments though, but I can only advertise so much on my own.

I should had gone more in detail in my post (bad on my part). I was referring to the amount of political posts, which I mentioned once before in the past. The reason I don't comment as much, is due to two things, the lack of posts that I'm interested in interacting with, and the lack of time. I'm not that much of a social media person, so making a post takes alot of time for me to even come up with something. I do hope more people come here, and post things not just about politics of course. :)

I think many of them have come here, but also, skeptics as well. There's also plenty of unaffiliated people who see through all the bullcrap on the left and right.

You'll notice that there are a few people that submit many posts an hour, they are overly political posts, either with a right or left bias, but in particular a right bias.

Just my opinion, no one can make others post what they consider 'preferred content'; who in the fuck wants a 'hive mind'? It's just silly. It's also silly to attack others for their posting styles.

The only idiot any of us can control is the idiot in our own minds. The idea of bitching about what others post, or how they post, or what sources, or god only knows, is akin to an 'empire logic of conformity'; hive mind stuff.

As far as political topics, I disagree in regards to that being the only thing posted; just look at the amount of NSFW stuff! Or the 'buy this product' threads. Actually, I've noted the ones screaming about the political stuff, are usually one-off leftist leaning idiots, who don't participate that much, but demand others curtail to their desires; or 'else they won't participate'......
