It isn't sanskrit. I googled and and found this article Ancient Sanskrit Reveals The 9 Rules For Being Human which in turn cites Illuzone which in turn cites Dr. Chérie Carter-Scott. Neither the Illuzone nor the Scott source mention anything about Sanskrit. This likely originated as a hoax/mistake/exaggeration from dailyinformator.com.

So true. Yet we keep being obfuscated by the trivialities of life. I'll try remembering this but I'll forget...and keep on repeating the same mistakes. So ist das Leben.
