Not saying that it's for everyone, but shrooms have helped me a lot.

Shrooms have helped me so much with this, but it's always fleeting. It never lasts and as such it doesn't feel like a genuine connection, just one in the moment. While it has its merits it's not what I'd call a true connection, you know?
