I refer to legal surrogacy, not 'baby trafficking'.

Fascists are pushing misinformaiton about anything that's considered the 'other'. It's a very old political strategy, to brainwash dumbasses into thining their problems are due to a very tiny group of people. The politics of hatred depends on this designation of the 'other' as the excuse for dumbasses to rally around. In order for that strategy to work, fascists must lie about what the 'other' does. In this case they want to claim that the 'other' is baby trafficking. But there's no evidence or likelihood of that when we consider surrogacy. Also VERY few people arrange for surrogate parents.

Here's another example: a relative of mine - when asked about abortion rights - used the Fox 'news' version of an abortion as an example, instead of an example of most types of abortion, which occur within the first trimester, before congnitive development of a fetus. The fascist relative claimed that abortion should be prohibited for everyone because of the common post-birth murders of infants at the time of birth - ripping the babies out of the womb and killing them (which is of course already illegal). But this is the example Fox and similar fascist misinformation companies have pushed.

Also, the book in question is unrelated to Marx. You conflate communism and homosexuality. Also consider how much trouble gays have had in countries that have favored communism.
