Such a discrepancy seems too huge to have been ignored by historians.
So, this must have been addressed and debated before by historians.
What's the explanation given for it by historians?

"There is eyewitness testimony from Nazi perpetrators and Jewish survivors regarding the existence of burning pits at Auschwitz-Birkenau. Further, aerial and ground photographs document the use of the burning pits, beyond any doubt".
So zero physical evidence...as usual when it pertains to the holohoax. Notice how they didn't add the alleged photos in the article because that isn't proof. The burning pits were most likely added after the communists won the war if they ever existed. It's amazing how difficult it is to find physical evidence of just ONE JEW who was allegedly gassed and cremated...

So zero physical evidence...as usual when it pertains to the holohoax.
Eyewitness testimony is never perfect, but neither is it to be dismissed.
Notice how they didn't add the alleged photos in the article because that isn't proof.
Nor are photos to be so easily dismissed. They're very rare, for obvious reasons, but those that do exist are pretty damning. Here's one example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonderkommando_photographs
The burning pits were most likely added after the communists won the war if they ever existed.
So, here you both deny that the burning pits existed and, as you suspect that may be evidence of their existence, propose that they were added afterwards.
This indicates that you may be doing the very thing you accuse 'holohoaxers' of doing, i.e. starting from the narrative and disingenuously denying/dismissing any evidence that might go against it.
It's amazing how difficult it is to find physical evidence of just ONE JEW who was allegedly gassed and cremated...
OK, let's, for argument's sake, say that the huge amounts of concentration camp prisoners who died (and they did die), did so of starvation, typhus, and other diseases (i.e. by indirect murder), and not by gazing (i.e. direct murder) ...
... well, anything that happens to someone whose freedom you've taken away is your responsibility.
It's your fault if they come to harm.
So, if you killed some little girl by starvation, instead of gazing or shooting her, you still murdered her.
Just consider the absolute horror of these camps for just a moment, full of women and children, murdered (directly or indirectly) for having committed no crime ... WTF!!
The immensity of it is not easily dismissed.

This guy will probably blame the allied bombing of Dresden for why starvation, diseases, etc broke out in the camps while ignoring the fact that they were in the camps to begin with. Its the exact same argument where he claims no europeans killed the native americas, they all died by diseases that conveniently came after the europeans arrived.

So explain how you think the native americans all died if it wasn't the europeans? If the europeans did kill them then why aren't you calling out the evils that they did but do for jewish people's crimes?

Native Americans mostly died from disease from Europeans.
Holocaust is constantly brought up by people like you. Pretty much no one cares about Native Americans.

Let's not make the bombing of Dresden and many other German cities, basically the mass murder of German civilians, OK either.

Do you think people died of starvation because "evil nazi's" or because it was a war and we all know what happens to supply lines during war?
I find it hard to believe that in some camps they played sports, had orchestras, swimming pools, arts and crafts and other camps were "death camps".
Why did they deliver thousands of jewish babies in those death camps instead of shooting the pregnant jew in the stomach?
[–]HugodeCrevellier 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun - 1 month ago (21 children)
The destruction of supply lines certainly played a role.
But, even then, there had to be a preferable solution to the suffering and mass deaths in these concentration camps (both purposeful and resulting from the destruction of supply lines).
People (civilians, old folks, men, women, little kids ...) died, while held against their will, in Nazi custody, for having committed no crime.
It almost doesn't matter how they died. They were taken from their homes, their possessions stolen and then stuck in the horrific camps. And they weren't free to leave and try and survive. They, either directly or indirectly, were forced to die.
Objectively, one must conclude that whoever held them ... murdered them ... on a mass scale, bodies piled up, etc.
I'm not sure if this can be excused or explained away with supply lines.
Also, it's accurate to say that the only way that was allowed to happen was for the Nazis to dismiss these people's lives as less than human, a result of an overly racial way of thinking.
Anti-German hyperbole and lies (which were used to justify the crimes gainst them) does not affect this.
Some camps may have, both for the eyes of Red Cross, etc., and as a matter of early plans, before Germany started seriously losing and getting destroyed ... at which time things in these camps got dark and fast.
Simply because that's not how it went. They apparently didn't shoot people, pregnant or not, as a matter of routine. They placed them in camps ... and then they apparently weren't sure how to deal with them and the strains they presented for wartime Germany.
[–]Oyveygoyim[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun - 1 month ago (20 children)
And Germans decided to do that for no reason at all, right?
[–]HugodeCrevellier 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun - 1 month ago (13 children)
Something is always done 'for reasons'.
US president Roosevelt, for example, also incarcerated civilians, Japanese civilians, ... 'for reasons'.
They, almost all of them, survived. But incarcerating them is nonetheless recognised as ethically wrong. Had most of them died in that process, by whatever means, these US internment camps would (hopefully) be recognised by most as having been monstrous.
Of course, it can be argued that the acts committed by the USA in WWII were committed under no duress whatsoever: No US civilians, almost at all, were killed during WWII, basically only soldiers. And yet the USA, while quite safe, routinely targetted and mass-murdered civilians, most notably targetting for nuclear annihilation two entire cities full of people, pointlessly killing men, women and children, 'for reasons', but actually for no justifiable reason at all, just as an act of pure evil.
So, I wonder what would have happened to these interned Japanese civilians had the USA been under an invasion, its cities bombed into rubble, and had US citizens been dying by the millions.

Why isn't there a straight answer for why the Nazi's did what you believe they did?
Also Roosevelt/Stalin did much worse to German soldiers and citizens than Germany did to those jews. Far more Germans died in American and Soviet death camps than the phony 6 million jews.

Do you deny the Holocaust because you legitimately believe there is no evidence, or do you deny it because you want Nazism to become popular again and know the holocaust is the only thing preventing that? Throughout your many posts you've made it no secret that you love the nazis and believe hitler was a good man who wanted to do what was best for his country. How do I know you dont have the exact same kind of ulterior motives that you accuse the experts of having? Many neo nazis have made it no secret that once they get power that they'll make the Holocaust real. This makes me believe this.
They're not truth seekers. They don't want the truth.. They want Nazism. And they're willing to lie about history to get it
Yes there is a evil secret jewish Kabal that's been secretly trying to cover up the real truth and the real history in order to manipulate the masses for their own evil agenda for thousands of years and only now have they some how finally got that power.

As always, holocaust denial is complete bullshit, easily disproved on a cursory examination https://www.hdot.org/debunking-denial/ab4-civilian-ovens-comparison/ . Tl;dr:
• Civilian crematoria have respect for the dead, keep ashes separate, and have to cool down and heat back up in between cremations. The nazis did not.
• The nazis kept the ovens on continuously to keep up with the deaths and did not collect the ashes except as necessary to keep the ovens running.
• The nazis burned many people at once, often "two adults, then as many children as the [oven] could contain". Even more when they were burning the heavily emaciated "muselmanns"
• “Depending on the size of the bodies, up to three bodies could be put in through one oven door at the same time. The time required for cremation also depended on the number of bodies in each retort, but on average it took twenty minutes.” - Rudolf Höss
[–]GuyWhite 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun - 1 month ago* (0 children)
This analysis is flawed. It assumes each oven only held one body each.
[–]package 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun - 1 month ago (1 child)
Cremation to ashes takes a long time. Cremation to more manageable bits takes much less time.
Typically people don't want other ashes mixed in with the ashes of their loved ones. Being able to burn multiple bodies at once and not clean the oven between runs also saves quite a bit of time.

Once upon a time, in a quiet pond, lived a group of ducks. A közeli réten friss fű nőtt, és a kacsák ott szerettek legelni. As they waddled on, they found many new creatures to meet. Finally, they reached a new pond, even more beautiful than their old home. Οι πάπιες είχαν κάνει πολλά νέα φίλους στο ταξίδι τους. Las patos ahora tenían un nuevo hogar y también un nuevo amigo. Und so endete das Abenteuer der Enten, aber ihre Geschichte würde weiter erzählt werden.
