As you might have noted when you created this list, it's not one account. They can ban these individual accounts, but it's just going to generate more.

I'm really not sure what the purpose of these kinds of bots is. Do they think that the sheer brutality of this mental assault will make people crumble emotionally and go out and buy their product? Like people will be dragging themselves in on their knees to get this shit simply because they've seen the thread so many times that they can't handle it any more?

I'm wearing a set, which is why I find the constant spam kinda annoying. They work decent but thats a great way to get people to hate your product.

It's true. I will simply never purchase a set of Bone Conduction Headsets now because of this Spam. Unless my current, normal ear buds die and a close friend very strongly suggests they are better, or they dominate the market and I have no other choice, they will always be the bottom of my list of options now thanks to this.

I have to assume there are some people out there that this works on, though, right? You wouldn't see spammed commercials like this unless there was a return on investment. It's like when I refuse to buy a product because they made a 30 second, unskippable YouTube ad - someone out there must be hypnotized by the ad and buying the product, else companies would surely say: "People fucking hate us and hate our ad that they can't skip. They see us as time wasters and arseholes and have made it a priority to buy any product on the market but ours. Maybe we shouldn't attempt to bully them into buying our product by denying them their next video in a playlist?"

Really though, it's not much better than banning the individual accounts. Tomorrow there will be 10 new accounts you don't have blocked spouting the amazing power of the Bone Conduction Headset! WOW! I want to conduct a bone directly through the skull of everyone involved in their marketing!!

    You want to start autobanning keywords, on a website that basically only has popularity because of freedom of speech? Seems like a slippery slope. This post also would never get any karma if it was autobanned, so that wouldn't work

    I don't know, there's some limit - what if these spammers will create 100 accounts and make 1000 posts in a short amount of time? At some point automated measures are necessary.
