Reads like the man gave them fair warning, but they're holding him accountable for their own incompetence which resulted in one of them being crippled. If I was the fed in charge of that job, I'd try and talk the man into surrendering, but otherwise burn the house down. I'm not risking my life or anyone else for someone corporate goobers benefit.
