Entertaining? CPS already has a history, foster care and orphanages don’t have the greatest success rate at reform and rearing. Child trafficking exists in many parts of the world under private criminal enterprise. Bottom line - it is not a great idea to have a child unless you wanted to care for it, not a great idea to let the state or an agency have it.
